First you have to ask yourself if your period is like clockwork. If it is and you've missed one, it could be nerves or pregnancy. If you miss two, you're probably pregnant. But, the best way to find out is to have a pregnancy test done. Where I live the WIC office does it for free and there are other places as well that do them for free. Most Dept of Family and Children (welfare) Offices can give you a list of places that will do it for free. Also, many dollar stores (such as Dollar Tree) carry pregnancy tests now for, guess what? Only a dollar. The only way to know for sure is to get a test. Other than that you can wait a few months until you feel the baby move. That's usually a sure sign, but by then you cut down on your options.

Well you could be pregnant if you had unprotected sex recently. If you have missed a period then I suggest taking a home pregnancy test. Your back could be hurting if you are about to have your period, but it can also be a sign of pregnancy. Not everyone gets dizzy or has nausea when they are pregnant. Simplest thing to do is take a test and find out!

Actually, when you become pregnant your "stomach" becomes soft. The uterus softens after implantation so that it can stretch out. If you haven't missed your period and you haven't taken a pregnancy test, it is probably just a sore back. It is too early for a pregnancy backache anyway. By the way, is your boyfriend a fertility expert? I am!

If your stomach is hard you may be loaded with crap, if your low back hurts and are barely pregnant you just have back problems. Your back only hurts when you like 5-6 months and your back is tired of holding that baby. Hello! How old are you? Go to the free clinic and have a preg test done!

OK. When in doubt, go to the doctor. If you are pregnant, there are vitamins that you must take. You will need your blood tested to make sure you aren't anemic or have high sugar (which happens to some women); it allows you to address any health concerns that may put you or baby at risk. Also, learning to spell pregnant can't hurt.

Are you late? Do you have to pee all the time?( sometimes you can fake yourself into thinking you are preg.) What you described could be numerous things... wait till you miss your period and take a test

Biggest clue: have you skipped your period?

Many things can cause your back to hurt, and your lower stomach won't be "hard" for awhile.

If you have skipped your period, take a pregnancy test.
If you haven't skipped your period, you're not pregnant.
