We have been trying to get pregnant now for a while and I ovulated about a week ago. I expect my period in a few weeks. I have noticed that my breasts hurt really bad lately and normally they only hurt a few days before my period. Also, when I lay on my stomach I get sharp cramps in my uterus. Is that a sign of pregnancy or is it something else? I had an ultra sound about 6 months ago and they didnt find any cysts. This is the first time I have ever experienced this. Thankyou!

Are you positive the pain in in your uterus? Its very hard on your lower back to lay on your stomach and you could be getting referred pain (pain that seems like its in one place but really originates in another) from your lower back.

well i dont think the pains in your "uterus" would be from pregnancy this early.. at least not from laying on your stomach.., even if you are pregnant- it's still way behind and below your pelvic bone ......
