About 6 weeks ago i went to my Dr because i was bleeding after sex. The Dr thought i may be pregnant as i hadnt had a proper period (very light) and told me to do a test and if i wasnt pregnant to take antibiotics. The test said negative and so i took the antibiotics and the post coital bleeding stopped. My periods are irregular and i had a very short, light period about 2 weeks ago but my breasts started to hurt last week (which only usually happens just before my period). I done another pregnancy test which again was negative. The thing is, every home pregnancy test i done the first time i was pregnant said negative but i was pregnant. Also, i have been more tired than usual and my tummy feels as though its bloated. My last pregnancy was 10 years ago, so i cant quite remember what it was like being pregnant. Does anyone have any advice?? Are my hormones going nuts?? I am only 29 so it cant be the menopause.

I am on birth control, have been for about six months. I recently switched birth controls and the first month I had my period a day early (while still on birth control) and now this month it has been three days since I've taken my birth control. I am expecting my period and just wondering if anyone else has experienced this? I took a pregnancy test last weekend and it came out negative. If I were pregnant, it would've been from at least two months ago so I know this isn't a late period. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced a period that was later than normal with birth control.

I was having contractions, and my doctor gave me betamethasone injections to help develop the baby's lungs as a precaution. I was very hesitant to do this without knowing exactly how it would affect my baby. But he and the OB nurse assured me it wouldn't hurt my baby.

As I'm looking online for this, I see a lot of information that says the long-term effects to an unborn child are unknown. Now I'm even more worried.

Has anyone had this? And does anyone know how long the injections have been used for possible preterm labor?

We have a large area of woodland that belongs to the 6 houses on our estate.
My son often goes out 'exploring' on his own in there when my mother in law looks after him when i'm at work.
I dont think this is safe, however she & my husband think that I am being 'over protective' and that "nothing ever happens" and so on...
What should I do?
Are they right in your opinion?

My daughter is six months old and I started giving her solids. I've only done this three weeks now. I feed her half a jar of veggies and one jar of fruit at noon. Well, the trouble is that now she won't sleep through the night as she did before because none of it is agreeing with her system. I put karo in her bottle in her one night feeding and anytime I feed her solids now I give her fruit juice along with prunes! It's a nightmare because I know she is unhappy from the food. And now everyone is pressuring me when I feed her less but she is NOT adjusting to it and there is no peace at night. They say oh she should be eating more veggies and oh you should feed her two or three times a day but she just started and I don't want to rush her! But especially I don't want her to get in the habit of sreaming all night and I am sure that it has some negative effects on her. Please help! I was up all night in hell and don't know what to do!

I am 18 weeks. I feel sensations in my tummy but think it might just be the baby kicking. Sometimes it feels like someone taking a quick sqeeze of an area. Almost too quick to realize.

to have neg. results on hpt's and blood tests and still be pregnant? I've had many neg. hpt's, and 2 neg. blood tests at 18 & 25 DPO. My last 2 periods have been on time, however, much lighter. My girl didnt have her period for this month of october. We start having sex for 2 months now and she had her monthly period. But for this month, it didnt come. Her period usually comes at the last week of the month or the first week of the month. And this is the second week of the month and her period still didnt come. I tried to examine her with EPT last weekend, and the results came out negative. Will I worry? or just think that her period is delayed for this month? I dont have to worry because I'm using condom when we were having sex last month. Pls help. Aside from going to the doctor, what will I do to know if she is really pregnant because of a delayed period?

The last time I had sex (unprotected) was Aug 12, 2006. Since that time I did have a period in Sep 06. And I also took two Dollar Store pregnacy test & both came back negitive. im new to school and im in the rocker group now.it's been ok. there's this guy in the group, i meant he 's like the "boss" kind of thing cuz everyone like asks for his opinions and stuff.he's weird ,super freak! he has a gf and she 's in the group also. but then at a party, we were kinda drunk and he asked if i wanted to something fun ,i was like "yea what?" then he said let him finger me and i did cuz he's hot and anyway it was for fun.it was amazing.we didnt kiss tho, just him fingering me and i now can not forget his eyes looking at me when he was doing it.after that we act normal-normal( well, i try to) ,i dont know if his gf knows abt it ,she's like normal to me. well, the thing is i cant stop thinking of him now and sometimes i caught him staring at me or giving me that intense look. we've just had the final exam for year 11 a few weeks ago and he just gave me a quick kiss on the lip to say good luck, i mean he doesnt normally kiss other girls in the group,do you think he likesme
