To respond to your response.

Normal sperm count is 20 million and 150 million sperm per millilitre. So reduced is less than 20 million sperm, Hmmmm...and it only takes 1 sperm to fertilize the egg?
The odds are not good that you would be less likely to get pregnant.
Regardless...its still 50/50 chance.

You are right. It is actually recommended that if you are trying to conceive that you have sex every other day so that the man does have time to build up his sperm count. The more sex you have, the lower the sperm count.

Makes perfect sense to me!!!

If you are trying to roll a 7 the odds are the more dice you use the better the chance of rolling a 7 right? More sperm, better chance of one running into an egg and I'm not even good in math.

I have actually heard something similar, they say that if you are trying to conceive it is best if the Man builds up a hefty supply and releases it in one go rather than lots of weak ones.

If in doubt check with your GP or someone proffesional, i would use this as a guide to contraception.

Yes, that can be true. When trying to get pregnant, you need to "wait" two days between having sex - for the reasons you mention in your additional comments. This actually can be really difficult to do - to wait between times!!!

I have heard the timing is the key to conception. Having sex everyday hurts your partne sperm count.

It is possible that frequent sex can cause a man's sperm count to not be as high as it can be. Then they recommend every other day to replenish.

well the only way to get pregnant is by having sex, so to me, it would increase your chances. wherever you heard that, i wouldnt rely on info from that source anymore. they probably also told you that you could just take a birth control only the days when you have sex, and it will work just fine.
