My girl didnt have her period for this month of october. We start having sex for 2 months now and she had her monthly period. But for this month, it didnt come. Her period usually comes at the last week of the month or the first week of the month. And this is the second week of the month and her period still didnt come. I tried to examine her with EPT last weekend, and the results came out negative. Will I worry? or just think that her period is delayed for this month? I dont have to worry because I'm using condom when we were having sex last month. Pls help. Aside from going to the doctor, what will I do to know if she is really pregnant because of a delayed period?

The birth of your baby will definitely let you know if she is pregnant! Seriously though, it could be her birth control method causing abnormal cycles, stress, diet, exercise, etc.

Yes, sexual intercourse causes pregnancy and THAT can delay mentuation....

It is possible to miss/delay a period for other reasons, such as hormones or stress but pregnancy is the most likely reason.

Pregnancy tests can often give a false negative response. You should wait and try again or go see a doctor for a blood test. Home pregnancy tests work by the level of pregnancy hormone in the urine, some people have less at first and so you get a negative result. Some other brands are more sensitive.

False positive result is rare, but false negative is very common.

Sometimes the period is on and off again, but that's only if you are really young and it isn't established yet. Please tell me you aren't 13. Don't rely on a condom. It isn't 100% guaranteed. Wait another week or two and get another EPT (and don't examine her with it, just let her pee on it) and see what the result is. Then get to a doctor because I think she's pregnant.

There are a lot of reasons to have a delayed or irregular period. The only accurate test is a blood test.

My last baby was conceived using a condom that did not break, nothing is certain, no matter what anyone tells you!

Sorry for being point blank but you are STUPID if you think a condum prevents pregnancy. You're lucky if they are 75-80% effective. There is NO SAFE SEX. She could be pregnant or she could be delayed because of stress or a variety of other reasons. She needs to see a doctor NOW

The Best way is to see the doctor, if u dont have enough money to see it, then buy the medicine for abortion, thats the second choice because if u wait it will just make it late.

There is really no way to tell on your own, unfortunately. Take her to Planned Parenthood. They can help no matter what, and they can give you advice on how to use birth control effectively.
