This was her first baby and he is quite well endowed for a newborn. Over a month old now his penis has almost no skin left on it at all. You can clearly see the scar line where he was circumcised more toward the base of his penis than around the head and the lighter colored inner skin from the head to the scar is
about a inch. The scar is about an inch behind the rim of the head.
She thinks it looks ok and is fine and that its just because he has a fairly large penis for a baby. I think too much skin was cut off. Is this ok??Any other moms had experience with this?

My daughter just turned 12 months and I am already 9 weeks pregnant. My doctor and I have already decided on a repeat c-section. I am wondering if there are any risks associated with this pregnancy? Is there anything I should avoid doing or can't do? I want this pregnancy to be as safe as the first.

Right now, I am very paranoid about being pregnant.I do not want any more kids. I protected myself well, but my husband did not fulfill his end of the deal.

Anyways, I cannot get in to my OB until after Thanksgiving to get a tubal, and this I have been banking on doing for some time. I already have a 6 year old, and a 10 month old, and the thought of having a baby makes me physically ill.

Thing is, I am wondering if I should get the MAP, since I did have sex yesterday on the 14th day of my cycle. I usually ovulate on the 11-12th day, so I thought I would be OK using protection as long as my genius husband did not...you know. Well, he did.

Now I am pissed at him and forcing him to get clipped ASAP, like tomorrow ASAP. If I am indeed pregnant, I will have the baby, but I want to give it for adoption because I really don't want any more kids. Is this wrong for a married couple to do? We are not poor by any means, I just don't want any more kids. Period.

Is this wrong?

I am so thrilled! My husband and I have been trying for almost one year! We found out last night and our one year anniversary is in less than a week! So my question is, when should I tell our family? I am only 4 weeks and 2 days. I really want to tell my mom. But I want to wait to tell the rest of our family until thanksgiving, I thought that would be fun! I am scared of misscarrying though. But I cant hold it in any long I am so excited!

Recently, I thought I was pregnant. My mother & I are very close so I told her that I might be pregnant. She was so happy! She started jumping up & down & crying! I was so shocked at her reaction (because I am a single mother). When my period came on she was devastated! My problem is I am 33 years old & I I dont know if I want to start over raising kids.I was even more shocked that I was kind of happy about maybe being pregnant, I was ready to deal with it even if I was scared of starting over.I am not married but me & my daughters father are now planning to get married & get or future in order. My sister has an alternative lifestyle so she is not having any kids.My mother says that I am her only hope for more grand babies! I feel like the world is on my shoulders, I never new she felt this way. My fiance' wants more kids 2 & he is 38. I welcome all advice. Anyone start over having kids when their kids are teens? Would you reccommend it? I'll be 34 soon, my clock is ticken (lol). HELP

My grand mom used to tell this all the time when I was growing up, “Be the bigger person and walk away”. You know how kids can be when they think you’re scared. They will bully you to death. So I stopped going to her for advice after I got tired of getting bullied and to my mother, who was a live wire. She used to say “Do what you gotta do and I’ll handle the teachers when they call”. My Grand mom used to get so mad at her but Mom used to say “Everybody has a breaking point. He reached his”. Needless to say, I followed my mothers advice through out my school years.

I’ve heard some parents tell their children not to ever fight………AT ALL!!!! They say “If somebody hits you, just tell the closet adult and walk away. Fighting never solves anything”. Nobody agrees with the statement “Fighting never solves anything” more than I do, especially in this day and age when people don’t fight anymore. They’ll shoot you for looking at them wrong. But I do believe that there comes a time when you must stand up for yourself, especially if a bully has been tormenting you for the longest. Now, I’m childless but if I ever do have kids, I plan to teach them to stand up for themselves. What do you think? Should children fight if they need to?

No rude comments, just serious answers.

Hi, My husband and I are TTC and this past week when I either laying in bed and roll over or just move sometimes or stand up and stretch I get this feeling right in my uterus that I cannot tell if it's a burning or cramping or tearing feeling on my left side it's just a sharp pain for few seconds only. What can this mean? Can I be pregnant, because my breast have been really swollen and sore for a week or so and I've been really moody & sad and my period isn't due until Oct 22 & I normally don't get my PMS symptoms until this coming weekend or next week. Maybe this feeling is from ovulation taking place, because this Sunday was the day. Just wanna know if this is normal and nothing to worry about.

Thanks in advance.

I'm five months pregnant and I have mostly been wearing a pair of "Crocs," which really saved my feet when they started swelling and hurting a lot. But, they are not really a winter shoe. Does anyone have any recommendations for a comfy winter shoe or boot for when I'm even further along? Thanx!

My son never sleeps. He goes to bed at about midnight, and he's up 3 or 4 times throughout the night, until he wakes up at 5am.. and then is awake for the day. He just turned 4 and it's been like this for about 2 years. We did study after study, and we found out that the part of the brain that regulates sleep and tiredness.. isn't working right with my son.

The pediatritian recommended Melatonin.. it would help him go to sleep at a regular time, and would help him regulate a healthy sleep pattern..

My question is , has anyone tried this with their children? Did it work? Where there any side effects? Thank you for your info.

My husbands parents are both alcoholics. We live 1400 miles away but are planning a 3 week trip back in December. They keep asking to watch the kids while we are there. I don't feel comfortable having my kids around them with me right there. How can I set boundaries with them? I have asked them not to drink around my children, but they continue to do so. Not seeing them is out of the question, because it is very important to my husband. What can I tell them, what do I do? I don't really want to offend them, I am at a loss and very worried. My girls are 8 years old and 5 months old!

I had a miscarriage Sept 10. 2006. My doctor told me the next time I get pregnant to come in as soon as I find out so I can get a shot. The problem is, that I don't remember what the shot is called. All he told me is that it will help the pregnancy along. I think I may be pregnant again and I wanted to do some research on this shot he was talking about. Does anyone know what it is called? I remember it started with a P, if that help at all...

Hi there, we are TTC baby #2. Thurs, friday and sat were my prime days. On friday morning, I felt slight cramping in the morning on the right side, which I assumed was ovulation, and we had sex, on Sat, I felt cramping on left side, we had sex, but it is now tuesday, and I stil have been having light cramping on and off, right now its more on the right side, but its just slight cramping, ever since friday. Was I wrong on when I thought I would ovulate. My cycles are 25 days and my last period was on September 27. We did the pillow under the bum thing both times also, but with my son, I never started the cramping until I was around 5-6 weeks. any thoughts? And please keep your fingers crossed for us, we are really wanting to give our little boy a sibling.

Does anyone know where I can find pictures of a baby 26 weeks in utero or even pictures of a baby born at 26 weeks and ALIVE! I don't want to see any dead baby's because that would really scare me right now. I am 26 weeks preggo and just wanted to know what the baby looks like at this point.
