I'm not sure what day in your cycle you are, but it definately sounds like ovulation to me. Some months are more noticeable than others. Also, having endometreosis and ovarian cysts when you ovulate can accentuate the pain. If you are normally a 28 day cycle, you are finishing up your ovulation, so get off here and go make babies. I believe today is your last day. If you were pregnant, you would be like 2 days pregnant, its WAY too early to be having any types of symptoms yet, the cells haven't even split or anything.

I think you could be pregnant. I just had my first son, and I felt the same way. Those pains you are feeling are probably from stretching of your uterus. My breasts were swollen and hurt within my first month. The pains were off and on for the first 3-4 months. You should go buy the book "What To Expect While Expecting". It was great. It really saved me a lot on emergency room visits! It lets you know month by month what is normal and what is not, that is if you are pregnant. It sounds like to me though, that you could be. If you are, congrats! It was the best time of my life. I'm sure you will be fine.

I'd go to a doctor, either you regular one or a medi-center one, as it could be ovulation or nothing but it could be some thing called a ectopic pregnancy, (which is some thing you should get looked after right away, below is a link) or some times you do just get some cramping when you are pregnant in the beginning, either way it wouldn't hurt to go to the doctor, plus they could order a pregnancy test to see if that is the case. It probly is nothing but best get it checked out, in my opinion.
hope this helps, and good luck with conceiving!

congatrulations on ttc it is a very exciting time. you very well could be pregnant, but sometimes when your egg drops it will cause a sharp, I get it sometimes too. So it could go either way, I would give it another week and write down everytime you get a symptom and how often your getting them sometimes writing it down can help you differeniate between pms or pregnancy

I would have to say if you are having problems to consult your doctor. It could mean a few different things.
