I used to have a great boyfriend who I was dating for about a year. We were deeply in love with each other. We recently had an unexpected pregnancy and although he was scared about the situation he was going to stay. Now he is telling me he wants to move across the country to New York, pretend he has no child, not pay child support, never visit the baby, and never tell his parents or anyone else. He is getting this crappy advice from his older brother. I am not sure if he will ever do the right thing (which in my opinion is accept his baby), so I am at the point where I want to tell his mother and father (who live in NY). I don't think they can convince him to do the right thing, but I want them to know about their first grandchild so if they'd like to be involved in the child's life they can. I don't like the idea of my baby not having her/his father's family not around because her/his daddy is easily influenced. Should I tell his parents if he won't? And how and when should I do it?

Okay, this is such a hard situation for my family. My mother in law has tuesday, wednesday and thursday off of work and usually picks up one of my children every week. She has been rotating. However, my daughter who is four pitches a fit at the daycare and makes up reasons why she doesn't want to go... (my mommy didn't pack my bag, etc), Well I packed her bag and talked to her about it the next day and she ran away from my mother in law. I think my mother in law thinks I am saying somthing to her??? Which I would NEVER do. I talk my mother in law up in front of the kids and tell my daughet it hurts my feelings when she pitches a fit to go with her grandma??? I feel that they (my husband and mother in law) need to understand she is a typical four year old and stop reading into it... but they seem to think that there is somthing wrong? help

I have 2 toddlers 16m and 28m they are identical even though they are not twins and one is a girl and 1 is a boy. everywhere we go people always ask if they are twins, and not just beacuse they are so close in age but they are identical!!!!!! ive read several things about drinking green tea..or pinapple juice or even grapefruit juice..but is there anymore ways to help ovulate? or maybe even acupuncture? im on the pill now..but im gonna get off soon and ive never had regular cycles..but ive had a child once before and im hoping to get pregnant fast. ive also quit smoking and ive heard that increases your chances of being fertile..and also im kinda a lil overweight.....is that why im might now be ovulating every month?...does anyone have anything to help me...maybe personal experiences like mine?

My son is started to get really attached to me. If someone else is holding him and I'm around he'll fuss or cry and reach out for me (which makes me feel really bad for the person holding him) and when I leave him places he screams when I leave...As much as I love knowing that he wants to be with me, I would like for him to not be so upset with me leaving him. I'm a full time college student in my last year. I leave him with my parents every day while I'm class so it's something I though he'd get use to...but it's been 2 months now and he's not. I know this is very common and a normal phase for a child to go through....but ss there anything I can try with him to help him with this? Anything that worked for any of you? ....by the way...he turns a year old in 2 weeks..I hear this is about the right age for this stage...

Last night, I was bringing my daughter home. We had stopped at a restaurant and she had a large lemonade. Well, we encountered stand still traffic with nowhere to pull off or move. Needless to say, being 3 and a half with a large lemonade in her tummy, she eventually needed to pee. I had my period in the middle of july and it was normal. Then i had it at the end of august for only 3 days and it was really light which is not normal. I havent had it since then. I have taken two pregnancy tests and both were negative. I have been so tired lately and need to sleep in the middle of the day for a couple of hours, ive had lower back pain for about a week now which i usually get a day before my period but it still hasnt come yet. My boyfriend has already said that if i am pregnant and wont have an abortion then he will leave me coz he isnt ready for kids.

My son that is 13 months old has severe reflux, laryngomalacia, tracheomalacia. He is on prevacid and using ellecare formula (allergic to milk and soy) we also thicken the formula still, and he does eat table food.

How long does it take for the babies to outgrow this? We are going to be on formula until at least 2 years old, and he is not sleeping through the night yet.

I don't want cut and pasted answers or medication advice (my son is already on the maxed out dose of prevacid and cannot take reglan he had a seizure when we tried it). We are also on a formula that cost 500-600 dollars monthly.
