ive read several things about drinking green tea..or pinapple juice or even grapefruit juice..but is there anymore ways to help ovulate? or maybe even acupuncture? im on the pill now..but im gonna get off soon and ive never had regular cycles..but ive had a child once before and im hoping to get pregnant fast. ive also quit smoking and ive heard that increases your chances of being fertile..and also im kinda a lil overweight.....is that why im might now be ovulating every month?...does anyone have anything to help me...maybe personal experiences like mine?

I think it's great that you are looking into herbal methods after you get off of the pill. Often people have to wait awhile before they conceive since their cycles are irregular post pill.
There are supplements available with the following combinations. They work wonderfully for balancing hormones and helping you conceive.
Vitex(Chasteberry)
Wild Yam
Black Cohosh
Licorice Root

If you find out you are pregnant then of course stop the supplement.
You are currently not ovulating because you are on the pill. The pill inhibits ovulation most of the time and actually tricks your body into thinking it is pregnant. You have a faux period each month on the pill.
I hope it all works out for you. See a naturopath or a herbalist if you want to find the best supplement for you.

No,I suggest you keep trying because my sister is over weight and she has three it might be something else you just have to go to the doctor and figure it out.

Go to www.ovulationday.com and it tells you the days you ovulate.Which is 10-14 days after your period.

Ovulation should happen naturally, because when you have your mentrual cycle after the last day ovulation should occur...
