it could be her weight, women who are not their optimum weight sometimes struggle with getting pregnant, not to mention they may have difficulties with the pregnancy!
SHe couod always go to her doctor, take some tests, she may have something wrong with her thyroid!

Not unless she has other health issues but weight has nothing to do with a pregnancy. It could be deeper something with her eggs or the man she is trying to get pregnant by may have a low sperm count.

as long as her cycles are regular and she is otherwise weathy she should have no problem getting pregnant some people try too hard and it doesn't work that way take your temp in the mornign if it rises slightly have sex yiour most fertile then

The only way to know is for her to be evaluated by an ob/gyn and sent for other tests if needed.

weight has nothing to do with ttc. i know plenty of people who are big girls and they have children so unless something is wrong she is a ok.
