You could be pregnant. Surgical sterilization is not 100%, and it's happened before. You could be just a little late this cycle. It happens, too.
However, you could also be approaching menopause, have an illness, or have a hormone imbalance that needs treatment. Call your doctor, and find out how long he/she thinks you should wait before coming in to be checked out.
Some people mentioned ectopic pregnancy as a possibility, and this is one possible issue with failed surgical sterilization. I'm not real sure, but what I know is that home pregnancy tests look for the hormone your body produces when the embryo implants in your uterus, so ectopic pregnancy may yield a negative home test result, I would think. So, I would NOT trust a home test, and I would call my doctor for advice on how to proceed.

It would depend on what kind of tubal you had. But yes you could be pregnant. When I was pregnant with my fourth child getting a checkup the doctor told that there is a chance to get pregnant again after a tubal. Matter of fact he told me the lady in the next room from me was pregnant and had a tubal 7 years before. You should just have a check up and a blood test to find out.

I was about 6 weeks late 3 months ago. I thought I pregnant for sure, but it was nothing doctor said it could've been cause by stress or something. Sometimes these things happen, a friend of mine went 2months without having her period and she wasn't pregnant, but a pregnancy test is the best way to find out.

Just because you had your tubes tied doesn't mean that it eliminated the chance of you getting pregnant. There is still some risk of pregnancy after getting your tubes tied. I would take a pregnancy test. Good luck!

Go to a doctor now you could be having an ecoptic pregnancy and that can kill you! Seriously, my sister had her tubes tied and she got pregnant and almost died from having an one of those. Call an ob/gyn and tell them the situation so you can get in the doctor's office that day.

Take a test! It could also be pre-menopause. Your test would be 100% accurate if you're sure about your dates. Buy a generic one first. Run to the restroom, take the test ANYTIME of the day...doesn't have to be the first morning pee at this point. If it's positive, go buy a really pretty pregnancy test so you can keep it for a momento! : D

Were they just tied, or cut and burnt at the ends? If only tied, there is a possibility....Have you taken a test so far?
