If your spotting and it is NOT your period, can your results be accurate on a HP test? What I mean is, if its implantation bleeding and not the beginning of AF, will it show up on a hp test 9 dpo?

one of my best friends since high school , recently had a baby with his wife whom ive know for a long time. we use to go to concerts,camping baseball games and anti bush rallies....their always welcome here..since then, with baby in hand they come over during football games and all of a sudden i cant swear, be loud , my dog has to stay outside..in my house...i cant even play my led zeppelin loud....but thats ok..really ..what erks me is that they leave the damn poo-poo diapers in the bathroom.,in my bedroom jeez.along with that stinky baby *** talc all over the place...my house smells like that yard ape..more than their house...are they using my house as a dumping ground? should i not invite them....or am i being selfish

My wife just had a our little girl and is really depressed about her post pregnancy stomach. Our little girl is only 3 wks old, so I told her it would take some time. How long will she be "bloated" and what should she do to minimize her pouch?

Last week our landlord came up to service our furnace. When he was here my 7 year old and 2 year old noticed the fire in the furnace. Since then our 2 year old screams when going to bed. He will work himself up until he vomits. After 45min-1 hr he will fall asleep. Around 2am he wakes up screaming for Mommy & Daddy. When the furnace kicks on his scream becomes bloodcurdding. The only way to calm him is to let him sleep with us. He is not cutting any teeth or sick. Could he really be afraid of the furnace at 2 years old? Any ideas so we can ALL get a good nights sleep?

I was wondering what increases your chances of having twins or more? I just found out that I'm pregnant and twins run in my family and I was just wondering if I had done anything that has increased my chances.

But, they do run in my family.

My dad's side: his brother and sister are fraternal twins
My dad's side: his mom's sister had fraternal boys

My mom's side: her mom is an identical twin
My mom's side: her grandma's sister had fraternal twin boys

Was reading romance novels...like Silhouette or Harlequin, would you allow her to continue reading them? I saw an article about this topic in Dear Abby, and a woman was concerned about her 14 year old reading these things. Abby said she used to read things like that when she was a child as well, and she turned out just fine. Speaking for myself, my mom is an avid romance story reader, and has a ton of them in her book case at home. I've been reading them since I was around 15, and it in no way increased my desire to go out and have sex....just amused and entertained me more. Actually, when I think back on it, I wasn't even reading them for the sexual encounters, I really was reading them for the romantic situations. Reading them didn't make me want to have sex, just made me want to find a boyfriend that would "sweep me away" like the women in those books. I hid it from mom for awhile but she found out eventually. lol Would you allow your daughter to read these types of books?

What characteristics does one look for when considering if their child has CP? What age do doctors usually diagnose this? What are the reasons for it? I know there are lots of causes but in your expierences what was the cause? My daughters doc has mentioned it as a possibility, but that is all that was said. I didn't know if there was an actual test for it or just the doc says so. I was just wanting some parents input on what to look for. Especially any unique symptoms, that aren't the classic signs. Thanks.
