Implantation is the sign of the fetus attaching to the uterus wall. This occurs on average of 7-10 days past ovulation. Implantation is when your body will begin producing the HCG hormone. The most sensitive home pregnancy test will be able to detect this hormone about 4-5 days past implantation.

Not likely. Usually it takes 4-5 days after you miss your period in order to get a good or accurate test result. The test need to be able to detect the hCG hormone in your system and that can take a few days to a week or more to build up after conception. Your ideal test time is first thing the morning once you're at least a few days late.

Implantation bleeding happens while an egg has been fertilized and implants into the liner of the uterus. Because the liner uterus is made of blood, there generally is a little bit of blood expelled in a few females.
