My 18-month-old daughter sometimes screams in pain, and shows me that her hands and feet hurt. I am guessing she is getting some kind of cramps, but I cannot for sure tell what kind of pain she is experiencing. It usually happens after a bath, but not always. I talked to my pediatrician, and she said she had never heard about anything like that. According to the info I found on the internet, muscle cramps in toddlers can be caused by many things - like calcium deficiency, or problems with kidneys. I am going to take my daughter to see another doctor, but I would like to know if anyone has hear anything about muscle pain/cramps in toddlers.
