she always makes jokes about it, talks about it, grabs it, etc. We have told her we don't like it that it's a potty mouth, we've tried ignoring it, we've even tried time out. Nothing is working. I though it was a phase that would pass, but it hasn't passed yet....

Incidently, he didn't seem to mind and ate like a champ. Prior to helping him he would smack away the food and throw it around. Totally innocent and felt ingenious.

I hae been having a burning pain sensation in my lower abdomen for the past 3 days. It starts down there and it goes all the way up. Its a kind of pain as though it was coming from my cervix. Yesterday I went to my OBgyn and he did an ultrasound and found everything was normal. Do u have any idea what could it be? Thanks

I was at clothing store today with my daughter. She is very well behaved and is quiet and mannerly and stays by my side the entire time. There was a mother there with a little boy who was just running amuck in the store while she went to look for something in her size. He was climbing all over the fixtures. I picked up a glass object and was looking at it, when this little boy runs straight into me, knocking the vase out of my hand, almost hurting my daughter. I have a son, and he would NEVER act like this. The little boy started to cry when he had hit into me. When the mom heard the sound, the came over to me and told me that I was in the way of her son and that she would be suing me if there was any damages! My daughter was hurt, and I told her back that if there was anything with her, I would be suing. She told me I would have to call her husband! Can't she deal with things on her own? Or is she a child her self with no job, terrible parenting skills and no independence.

My 4 weeks old baby will not stay still most of the time. She is only relaxed (playing in crib or in anyone's arms) for about 5-10 min, then she starts moving her head, hands and feet. Then, she starts crying. This happens even she after is full and diaper changed.

My girlfriend and I of nearly 4 ½ years are getting engaged, and I want to ask her father for her hand in marriage. I know him pretty well, as she and I have grown up together - we both turned 18 a couple weeks ago. I just want to do this right, as it’s a once in a lifetime event. I was wondering if you all had any idea’s on were I should ask him (without her knowing about it) - and that possibly gives him a heads up as to what is going on. I would hate to catch him off guard, though I seriously doubt I will. How should I tell him? I don’t want it to seem like I’m asking for his permission, as we are both adults - but I want him to know that I respect him and his blessing matters. However, no matter what he says, I will be marrying her. How should I word it? Please don’t say ‘I want to marry your daughter’, cause that doesn’t help. Anyone who’s been in this situation before, please, help me out! Even if you haven’t, I could use the advice!

My nephew is 19 months old and he only have 8 teeth. 4 at the top and 4 at the bottom. Is this normal? He drinks lots of milk. He doesn't want to eat much food but he loves his milk. I'm just wondering.

I am a new dad of a 3 month old. I am 30, my wife is 25, I financially supported through law school, and then we got pregnant, and now she refuses to get a job in the law field and insists on staying home with our newborn. I would like to be a stay at home dad, because as a Journalist I make considerably less then her, but she refuses. I have done everything for her, I supported her through college, law school, bought her a car, helped her out with her school loans, the least she could now is do her share. She says that just because I am a dad, I will not bee a good a parent as her, which I think is completely wrong. I love kids, I and I love my daughter. Not only women should get to stay home with thier kids! Right now my salary is not enough, but if she got a job, hers will be. How can I get to get a job?

I am 23 years old. Perfectly healthy. I concieved right away. At 11 and a half weeks went in and my beautiful baby had stopped growing. My current situation is I am feeling great after the D and C and want to try right away. I have heard success stories about getting prego right away...I havn't heard any with the people that actually waited. One of my docs said wait till I am ready, One said wait till after a period or two, and then one said 3 months. Uhhhhh I don't want it to happen again...but I also heard that after a D and C you are more fertile and that because you were just "cleaned" out there is a good chance of success. And if your body isn't ready...then you wont get prego...period. I don't know...I want to try....but I guess I just want to get a few peoples thoughts on the subject...and maybe get some stories from some people in the same boat.

My relationship with my teenage daughter has improved alot in the past three months but today it just worsened. (Look at my past questions to understand better) We got into a huge fight and she said "me or the baby? tell me mother... you have to pick one".
She really dislikes her little sister and wants me to choose between the two of them.
I am still having trouble comprehending what she really meant by the question and she won't give me a direct answer BUT I have narrowed it down and this is what i'm going to do:
I'm either going to send my older daughter away for a few months (either to live with her father, or boarding school) OR i'll send my younger daughter away for a few months to live with my parents as I fix my relationship with my older daughter and prove to her that I love her.
I really miss being close with my older daughter. We were inseperable and now she hates me. I love them both so much and this is my last option. What to do? Who to choose?

I know this is in the wrong category but I am aiming towards space and since some of you live in homes and have kids with a lot of stuff that's why I am asking here.

Is a 900 square foot home big enough for a 2 adults and 2 kids age 2 and 10 and 1 dog and 1 cat to live in comfortably. I know that a 758 square foot apartment is to small I know the difference in size but kids have a lot of crap to deal with.
