My nephew is 19 months old and he only have 8 teeth. 4 at the top and 4 at the bottom. Is this normal? He drinks lots of milk. He doesn't want to eat much food but he loves his milk. I'm just wondering.

My daughter didn't get her first two bottom teeth in until she was 14 months! Even now, at 2 yrs., she only has 11 of them in. He's doing great so far, it has nothing to do with milk, it's just the way he's developing. There are some things we have no control over.

Just wait they are coming. All kids get their teeth at different ages, I watch two twin boys one has about 8-10 and the other is alomost all teeth and they are 1 1/2 years of age.

he is normal- children develop differently. as long as he eats some & is gaining a healthy amount of weight- & the fact that he drinks a lot of milk is good! just keep him away from juice & sugar

Milk is not as good as you think it is. It's all sugar and really does not do a body good!
