Im 18 and hopefully soon to fall pregnant, how can i tell my parents, they are seperated, and im close with my mum. I want to tell them before hand but i know they will try and convince me not to, only cos of my age, but i am financally stable, have a very well paid job, and am soon to buy my unit with my partner...

I work for Wal-Mart and I notice EVERY DAY about 99% of people with tiny infants still in the infant carrier place the carrier on TOP of the cart (over the area where the child is SUPPOSE to sit). WHY? Don't they KNOW how unsafe that is? Also even the DIRECTIONS for the carrier says that is NOT what it is used for some even say it ON the carrier! It really makes me mad! It is not safe, that REALLY throws off the balance of the cart and is at a greater risk for tipping over. Also before some say that is "intellegence" of a "wal-mart shopper" because I have heard that before (offencive) I have also seen it at other stores like Target, Ukrops, Krogers, Food Lion, and MANY more! My mom's husband and I got into a fight one day because he and my mom came in when my daughter was still in that and put her carrier there. I took the carrier from her and kept my daughter behind the counter because he REFUSED to listen!

my friend has not eaten in 4 days and i am really worried i told her that she needs to eat something but i cant be by her side all day to make sure she eats
i told her that if she thinks she is fat then she should work out and eat some food that is good for her

my 9 month old daughter will no longer eat any baby food, stage 2 or 3. she also wont eat infant cereal or formula. the only thing she will take is fruit juice, cheerios ,pudding, yogurt, cottage cheese and breast milk. she hates bottles so i have been giving her drinks in sippy cups. but, i just dont know if she's getting enough nutrition.she also likes sweet stuff like ice cream and any of the other soft desserts that her grandma sneaks to her. i just dont want her to get a sweet tooth this early. can anyone give me any suggestions!!

He lives 36 miles from me .&& his truck is always broke . they dont get cell phone service where he lives , so we never talk cept on the weekends hes 18 and a senior im 17 .. I never know what hes doing he always tells me hes coming over .. and he never comes and fridays we hang out with our friends hes always atleast 2 hours late .. I dont know if it would be right to keep our baby .. Right for the baby . in that case not me or him .. I try telling him to fix his truck . Its not going to work with him seeing his child on fridays and saturdays and some of sundays . i dont know what to do i guess i really need some advice

ok me and my fiance have been trying to get pregnant for a few months now. at this point and time it would seem that i am pregnant because im tired all the time, i feel like i want to throw up, i piss alot more, im hungry alot more, i lost weight (that i didnt even have to began with), people keep asking me because i "look" and "carry" myself like i am...but minus all that the one thing that sticks out most is that my abdomen has began to harden (its been hard on and off thru the day for the last 3 weeks). but i still come on my period (my bleeding isnt normal, way lighter) and the 2 pregnancy test i took came back negative. i went to the doctor for a blood test and another urine test and i get my results back tomorrow but i was just curious as to what you think about the situation.

My 11 mo just started in a family daycare and seems to have lost interest in drinking his 8oz bottle during the day. I've been told that he'll drink up to 4oz of formula and some water during the day, he eats fruits, yogurt, veggie/fruit puffs, etc... He'll drink 8oz first thing in the AM and 8oz before he goes to bed for a total of 20-24oz. He's 23lbs and 31in.... any thoughts???

Normally, its a mother that complains about the childs father not being around. This is the opposite. My stepson rarely sees his mother...she claims that (at 6 years old) he said he wanted to live with his father. Now, I'm no child psychologist, but I'm not sure that was the truth. She was toooooo willing to let him. She tried that same thing at age 3. Now, at that age there is no way that he could have said that, let alone meant it. Hubby still kisses her butt and she pays no support...nvr has. She lives out of state,(which is no excuse...she rarely even calls on the phone) which I am glad, because I am afraid I would have to tell her a thing or two. Hubby won't try to get full custody for fear of "rocking the boat". I just want to push her overboard!!!Help

Ok...a couple is having sex. He ejaculates but not inside of her. 20 mins later they have sex again, this time he comes inside of her. I read that with frequent ejaculation comes lower sperm quality and quantity. I know it only takes one little swimmer to get pregnant but since it was only 20 mins that he had to generate more sperm..do you think it's a high chance of pregnancy?
P.S. I'm already preg and almost due...this question isnt for me :-)

i am 22 years old and my husband is 23...i went on the pill in jan. of this yr to regulate my period. stopped the pill in apr. my period was regulated so me n my husband started tryin.we used ovulation kits, and i have been chartin my cycle and still no success...my cycle can range from 18-37 days but my last cycle was 37 days and my last period was aug. 7th. we had sex every other day that whole month after my period went off. I am now 2 days late, i have been having some mild n sharp pains for the past 2 1/2 weeks feeling like my period is about to come on but it doesnt and bad headaches....i take prenatal vitamins also...i went to the hospital yesterday and took a urine test and it came back negative...did i test too early? according to my charts, i ovulated either the week of aug. 13-19, or 27-31 which were the weeks we were tryin in...i havent been stressed out so what could be the problem.....
