If she could, how? Are there supplements, or some other means of doing this?

On the contrary, there are fertility drugs that contain the hormone hcG (the pregnancy hormone) and if a woman consumes it, hcG will appear in her blood and urine, making a pregnancy test come up as a false positive. Some of these drugs are Pregnyl, Profasi, and Novarel.

Why is everyone being so mean? What if "k" is a man who's scared he's been tricked by a woman? If that's the case, I feel kinda sorry for him...

But "k", if you're a chick, seriously, you need to get some help... the idea of faking a pregnancy test is bad. Bad bad bad. I know things can get down sometimes, but seriously.... You need to take a step back and see your life from the outside... if things are so outrageous that you're thinking of faking a pregnancy, you need to sort some sh*t out.

If you fake a pregnancy now, what are you going to do in a few months when you should look/seem/be pregnant? Fake a miscarriage? No man, no situation, should be that dire that you have to make folly out of something that immense. That's gotta be some bad bad bad karma. You should have some serious thinking time before you make any decisions.

So whether you're a confused man or a confused woman, good luck. I think you might need it.

The only thing that can make a pregnancy test possible give a false positive is if she were taking certain types of fertility drugs. Pregnancy tests detect a hormone called HCG which is only present when she is pregnant. If it says positive, then chances are...You are going to be a dad.

No,
pregnancy tests rely on the hormone HCG in your urine to detect a pregnancy.
There is a medication or 2 that will give a false positive, both being very high powered fertility drugs.

Pregnancy tests detect levels of the hormone HCG in a woman's urine. HCG is produced only by a fertilized egg that has implanted in the lining of a woman's uterus....so there is really no way you can cheat on a pregnancy test.

No, there isn't a way to fool a pregnancy test. The only way for a test to be positive is for the person who pees on it is pregnant.

Scary you would need to know that! I guess she could fool the test if she managed to substitute her urine with that of a pregnant friend's. There are all sorts of contraptions out there that will allow you to carry someone else's urine with you to fool a urine test while keeping it at body temperatures. They are normally intended to fool drug tests but I am sure they could be used to fool pregnancy tests too.

What do you mean?...The pregnancy test should pick up the amount of pregnancy hormones in a woman's urine.

The test looks for the pregnancy hormone HcG. There is no way to fake that. You could have a pregant woman pee on it for you. Why would you want to do such a thing? Sounds kind of shady!

Unfortunately you have to have the urine of a pregnant woman. It's not hopeful.
