Ok...a couple is having sex. He ejaculates but not inside of her. 20 mins later they have sex again, this time he comes inside of her. I read that with frequent ejaculation comes lower sperm quality and quantity. I know it only takes one little swimmer to get pregnant but since it was only 20 mins that he had to generate more sperm..do you think it's a high chance of pregnancy?
P.S. I'm already preg and almost due...this question isnt for me :-)

Yes it's possible. There are a lot of variables, but definatley a possibility. Was she ovulating, was she on birth control, etc...

Anytime there is unprotected sex, no matter how long it has or hasnt been, there is still a chance for pregnancy. Even with the pull out method, she can still get pregnant because the men add a little lubrication and in that lubrication can be seman. So it is very possible for her to still get pregnant. Either way it is still a 50% chance even if you want to have a kid.

If he could still ejaculate after only a 20 minute interval then there is a chance of concieving just like any other time he would ejaculate in her.

Congratulations on your baby! hope birth goes well.
