I just had a baby seven weeks ago and after four weeks of bleeding from that, I had an IUD put in two weeks ago and have had light but constant bleeding ever since. It's not very "period like" because it's lasted longer and is very light and I'm still breastfeeding. I know some bleeding is normal with an IUD but come on this is ridiculous. Could there be a problem with the IUD or is this normal?

I have tested negative twice (a week apart) but have all the pregnancy symptoms..missed period, nauseated all day long, tingling breasts, extreme fatigue, frequent urination, moodiness...would be 6 weeks along if pregnant....please help

last Tuesday at 18 wks my baby was diagnosed with semilobar holoprosencephaly. She had only half a brain, heart problems and other deformities. Chance of survival was 0%. I had to have a medical induction, as her she had water on the brain and it was causing her head to swell. Emma Catherine was born alive and we had the chance to hold her and kiss her for an hour. Then she went to God. My heart aches so badly and I want to be pregnant again so bad that I can't stand it. Has anyone had a similiar situation? I feel so alone. Is it normal to feel this way? What should I do?

I have heard/read that women pregnant with subsequent babies DONT usually drop until labor is about to start. I was at my 37 wk checkup today & I am 1cm dilated, and -2 station (which means baby dropped in last day or 2). Just looking for any input! Thanks

Like those ppl that only buy used clothes or balk at those that buy new and name brand. My kid has a lot of good quality clothes (pricer than mine) and things like that. I dont tell anyone I spend lots on my kid, but ppl can read, and when they see what my kid has they try to make me feel like an idiot by saying Im crazy, well Im not. We all know if they could do it, they would too!
I dont say eew, you kid has used clothes? Why cant ppl just mnd thier own business, esp about things like this???

I don't think that women should be given a choice, on having a c-section versus natural delivery. C-section should not be an option, unless it is an emergency or your doctor sees fit. I think that many women choose this way over natural births, because they are afraid of the pain of the labor and delivery. What do you think? And I have a friend who had an emergency c-section, and she was up and moving around normally. I don't think it should be an option.

Hands down I have to give up sitting for this little girl. Some of you may remember my questions about an overneedy child. Well over needy is an understatment! She has only proceeded to cry more and more when she is here and while I'd love to be able to help out her mom more, I just can't deal with a child who constantly wants me to hold her when I have a son of my own I need to tend to as well. This child has lately been on a kick where if I am holding my son she will scream until I come get her, even if I'm trying to feed my son. I can handle sitting for her for an hour or two, but she is just too high maintenence for me to handle a whole day for 5 days a week. And her poor mom is pregnant again and still caters to this child's every want. Her older of the two is in for a rude awakening when her mom doesn't pick her up every time she whines when that new baby arrives! Anyways, how do I tell her mom this without ruining a really good friendship?

I'm 19 and am engaged to be married in 2008. I have a wonderful man who I love to bits and can't imagine my life without him. He's 29 and all his friends are currently having children. This isn't a big issue, until now. I always thought that I had wanted kids, and I know I want them with him, but I don't know if I'm ready anymore. I see children, especially my niece, and I long to have one of my own, but now it's come down to it I don't know if I should. We have our own house, a steady income and I'm doing courses in work (I tried uni and didn't like it) so I know we're settled. I can't talk with my parents as they wouldn't be happy with it at first. I just want another opinion. I don't want to feel that I've led my fiance on wanting a child and then turn around and say I don't want one anymore. Do you think I'm really ready for this commitment??

Hello My llittle sis Jess Whos 12 is pregnant. Shes never had sex and shes never had a bf anyway... How is it possible? We are planning to tell my parents but I would like some answers first. (Just to tell them what we think.) She got a little *chubby* if you know what I mean. I didn't think She was preg. but I tested her anyway. Turns out she is and I havn't told her yet beause I know her and she would freak! She has only had 2 periods before and then they stopped! This is crazy and I need answers because I'm planning to tell my parents today. I will show them this page and don't worry my sister won't be seing this page so say whatever you think is wrong with her. Even if you have no clue support helps. Also Please no questions beause I can't answer and if I did I would have to e-mail you and I don't have time for that.

I am a stay at home mother with 2 kids. I want to do a daycare out of my house. I have worked in a daycare for 4 years and was also a sub in the school that i did the day care in. I have the experience to do a daycare. My question is , my husband has a gun it is locked up in a case and everything like that. It in a room that is also locked in. I had him do that b/c I have two small child of my own. So I did not want them to get into it. The bullets for the gun are also locked up in something different and not any where near the guns. So they can not get to it and shot then selfs and the key to the gun case is hidden for the kids. Do you think that if I tryed to open a daycare that parents would not like the fact that I have 5 guns in the house even thur they are lock up in a room.
