What is an appropriate punishment for a 17-year-old boy who is arrogant and who constantly uses foul language?

When I did my u/s at 22w4d gestation... the u/s gestation said 24w6d...including 2 wks for ovulation this is still wrong by at least 2 weeks. Then I hear alot of women say that at 8wks all they saw was a sac. But at my 8wk u/s .. it looked like a gingerbread man. It had little legs and arms already sprouting out. =) It was kinda funny! Obviously the baby is measuring bigger than he should but do you think he could have been a big baby even at the 8 wk u/s?

My daughter does not have diarhea, but the provider claims she does. I know my baby, and her dirty diapers are normal for when she eats bananas a lot. She has just been on a banana kick lately and I have let her go with it. It makes her have a mushy, goopy diaper. It's not bad smelling or runny, I am a first time dad and I know this is normal for my baby. I can't keep leaving work and my troops over silly things. I spent almost 10 minutes trying to tell these brain dead women at the daycare that my baby poops like that after bananas and other fruits, like apricots or blueberries. She is active, no fever (98.5), and I would like to know if any other working parent has had issue like this (preferably military) and what did you do? I am using my day off today to hunt for new childcare, but sad, because my baby has friends there and she loves her Miss Katherine. But their protocol is over the top. The child is not sick.

my son was born 7lbs 15 oz and now he's seven weeks old and he's only put on a little over a pound. Everyone I know with little babies seems to be constantly giving weight updates and they're all just growin and growin. He's not underfed or sick (although he is a little hyperthyroid, but we feed him very frequently to keep up with his metabolism) and he certainly doesn't look thin, but should babies be growing faster than this or is it normal?

He doesn't like Peanut Butter and Jelly. Not a big fan of lunchmeat, although I can get him to eat ham occasionally. He gets sick of lunchables because he only likes 2 kind. There is nothing for him to warm things with, and I can't find any thermos' that ACTUALLY keep things warm. So I am at a loss and school starts next week. HELP (serious answers please)

He gets a snack, so an apple, banana, granola bar, breakfast bars, grapes, raisins are all good for that.

He is a bag of bones but the doctor says healthy (51 inches 53 lbs). The tough love theory does NOT work on him. He will go very long without eating. I want him to EAT! :)

Now this question isn't for ALL of the stay at home mom's:
Some of you, from what I have read, like to talk a little smack about working mothers. Not everyone can have the luxary to stay at home and raise their kids, and for those of you can.. good for you. I guess what I am asking is are you saying that if mothers can't afford to stay home they shouldn't have kids? Is that really fair to the people who, for whatever reason (because there are a lot), are single parents. Or people who really want kids, but their jobs don't pay enough for one person to stop working long enough to raise a kid?
I have never once bashed a stay at home mom, but, I know there are people who do. All I've ever seen though is SAHM bashing those who HAVE to work.
Serious answers only please. I would prefer to hear from the stay at home mothers that think this way, but seeing as I can not stop anyone from answering this question.. please be nice and give real answers.

I'm due on September 12 and was originally thinking that I would simply continue working until I delivered. However, with two weeks left in the waiting game, I'm finding that I'm looking more and more forward to taking time off work and beginning life as a family. (Not to mention being super tired, swollen and achy!) I was thinking of just making my due date my last day at work....if I last until then!

How much time did you take off before your little one arrive?
