you would have to be fairly far along to get a heart beat just buy listening with your ear... you may be feeling your heart beat through you stomach. As far as the movement goes, same thing applies. If you have had kids before you are more likely to feel the movement earlier... but even so a pregnancy test should register a definant positive by now. If you are still concerned get a blood test done by your doctor, the results are more reliable. it is possible to get pregnant after having your tubes tied, but its not very likely. Ask your doctor to be sure... there may be other problems.

you think you feel the babies heart beat. Don't think so it is probably your own heartbeat you are feeling. As far as the moving around in your tummy could be gas. It has been heard that tubes have come untied but very very rare. And you took a pregnancy test and it came up negative. Well if the baby was big enough for you to feel it move the test would definitely read positive. It would not be a case of (taking the test too soon) I think you are fine and not pregnant take something for gas bet you you will fill better after that.

You could be mistaking something else for pregnancy symptoms. You can't "feel" a fetal heartbeat; you can only detect it with a doplar device. But you know your body. If you had your tubal right after a delivery, the chances of the tubes "repairing" themselves are higher, because your body goes into ultra-healing mode. However, the chance of that is very very low after three years of having the tubal. It is possible to get pregant, although it is more likely an ectopic pregnancy, if at all. Get to the doctor if you know something is wrong. An ectopic pregnancy could kill you.

The mind is a powerful thing. If you seriously THINK you are pregnant you will see the signs of pregnancy. But more than likely if your tubes are tied, you are not pregnant. Especially if the test came back negative.

How are you "feeling" a heartbeat? Even when I was nine months along, the only heartbeat I could feel was my own. And you don't usually feel a baby until AT LEAST 12 weeks along--so you should know by that time if you are or you aren't. Sounds like you've got a case of gas my dear! If you are still unsure, take a trip to the doctor's for an exam.

I had my tubes tied as well and I can tell you that I feel things at times, but it is not a fetus and there is no heartbeat. You need to go see your doctor if you believe you are pregnant. How can you feel a heartbeat other than your own? It is possible to still conceive, but rare.

There has been cases of women becoming preg after a tubal litagation. The doctor did not do the job right. There has also been cases of a preg occurring outside the womb. That I believe usually happens in third world countries.
I would very strongly suggest that you go to a doctor and perhaps ask for a sonar gram.
