but it's just spotting. what does this mean, i usually bleed heavy.

If you're really unsure, talk with a doctor or take a pregnancy test. It could just be you bodies out of whack, or that you are in fact pregnant.

You should take a pregnancy test to be sure. You can buy tests that can detect pregnancy as early as the first day of a missed period. For more accurate results wait one week after a missed period. Make sure to take your test in the morning when you first use the bathroom. There is a higher concentration of the hormone hCG, which is necessary for pregnancy. Good Luck!
