Hello everyone! I'm 39.5 weeks pregnant and wishing I would FINALLY go into labor! I was wondering if anyone has had these symptoms right before they went into labor?

- Headache
- Nausia
- Diarrhea
- Contracting uterus without pain
- Aching feet and ankles

Please don't tell me to call the doctor or go to the hospital. These symptoms are not extreme and I have been given specific instructions from my doctor when to call or go in... I'm just wondering if anyone has felt these symptoms right before labor (it's just wishful thinking more than anything).

It's commonly referred to as the 'morning after' pill. It's also called emergency contraception, a pill that can be taken up to 5 days after a sexual encounter to avoid a pregnancy.

It's available by prescription from a doctor. The FDA has yet to decide whether to make the drug available, over the counter.

But, now New York State legislators have taken a step toward making the drug more widely available.

The plan, given final legislative approval by the state Senate, would make the drug available in drug stores when distributed by a pharmacist or other health care provider, such as a nurse.

The argument over wide availability of the drug has sparked the usual debate.

My 6yo loves to listen to music as she falls asleep. The last two years she's listened to Norah Jones' "Come Away With Me" CD but I'd like to make her one with different songs on it. The only one I can think of is "Return to Pooh Corner" anyone have any nice soft lullabies to recommend? Added info: My 11mo son shares a room with her!

In your opinion (I already asked doctor, just want your opinion) how much longer until I go into labor. I know anywhere from 36-42 weeks but I want to know opinions. I have been sleeping all day and I have been having an unusual feeling in my stomach, not braxton hicks, is this the beginning of my contractions? How many centimeters do you have to be at the least to go into labor? Please answer all questions. Thanks!

His dad was in an accident at work and is now paralyzed from the waist down. He's still in the hospital and soon will be going to inpatient rehab in a different town. My son doesn't want to see him or talk to him on the phone and asks me to stop talking when I'm talking to his sister about it. He's in counseling, but she's not very focused on that with him (maybe time to find someone else), and I'm concerned. Any ideas or suggestions? It's really upsetting to me because I feel bad for him, and it's REALLY upsetting his dad...

My daughter is 9 weeks pregnant. She went to her OB doctor for the first time today and she said she couldn't hear the baby's heartbeat, but with the new technology they have she should have heard it. Then she turns around and tells her to come back in 2 weeks. Should we be worried or is this common? Serious answers, please.

I used to discipline my children by spanking them with switches (small branches) from trees. My new wife will have none of that. My 8 year old step daughter peed in her bed so I had to punish her. I put her in the time out room we have. It's a 12X14 room with nothing in it but a chair. She had to stay there fo 8 hours. I also make her wear diapers to bed now. The only problem is that big diapers are expensive. Where can I get some for cheap? Should I just forget about the diapers and put cellophane on her bed?

Since he is our only son (also our miracle baby), we had gotten used to him sleeping with us. Now that he's almost 3, it's uncomfortable for me & my husband to get a good night's sleep (he sleeps just fine). When we put him in his own bed he cries until I go get him (after 2 to 3 hours). Help!

Ive taken four tests and they've all turned out negative. Im not really having any symptoms other than my boobs getting bigger (but I just bought new bras too). Could I still be pregnant?
