Hi
Try this simple plan it really worked for me so here goes,
If you are serious about losing weight, the calories in the food you eat should be less than the energy you use. You will have to increase your metabolic rate now, and plan your diet carefully.
Formulate your own weight loss plan and you will lose weight faster. More details available at http://tinyurl.com/m7ckx

Good luck

Yes, you can try to lose weight up until you find out your pregnant and then you have to stop losing weight. Your doctor will become very nervous if you lose weight while your pregnant. But as long as your not pregnant you can. It wont hurt your chances of getting pregnant.

You CAN eat healthy & exercise while PG (and while trying to get pg) but most doctors will tell you that it is safer for you and baby to be at a healthy weight BEFORE conceiving, to decrease your chances of acquiring gestational diabetes & other complications

You should lose weight, then try to get pregnant.

"If a woman's calorie intake is restricted during pregnancy, she may not get enough protein, vitamins, and minerals to adequately nourish the fetus. It can also result in a breakdown of the mother’s fat stores, leading to the production of ketones in her blood and urine. Ketones are produced during times of starvation, and chronic production of ketones can result in a mental retardation in the fetus."
