Its possible to miss a period without being pregnant. If you are under stress (physical or emotional), ill, or just for no real reason. It is also possible that you are pregnant, but since it is early, you may not have enough HCG (Human Chorionic Gonadotophin) in your urine for a home test to pick up yet.
Could be that you aren't taking the test at the right time also - first morning urine should be used, since the HCG in your urine will be more concentrated then.
What you should do is schedule an appt with your gynecologist. Let them know what's going on and request a pregnancy test, then you can know for sure.

You might be late because of stress. I was only 7 days late when I took a pregnancy test and found out I was pregnant. 10 days late isn't too early for a positive pregnancy test! If you have had 4 come out negative then you most likely are not pregnant. If you still want to make sure, go to a doctor and get a test from them. Dr's have the most accurate tests anyway.

The same thing happened to me last month. I was almost two weeks late. You may still be pregnant but I suggest buying Manzanilla tea and whole cinnamon sticks. Boil thw water with the cinnamon sticks for 10 minutes and then add your tea bag. Drink this morning and night. It is a good way to relieve stress. After two days of theis remedy my period came. But of you still dont get your period in a few days you should go to the doctor because there may be something wrong. And sometimes your body doesnt have enough HCG to detect. You can take a blood test for 15.00 and those will detect the smallest amount of HCG.

Just because you are late does not mean you are pregnant and if you have taken that many tests Im sure you are not. I am often late as well as others. I am late due to stress or even a cold. Just wait and after 2 months if you still havent had one then go to the doctor.

You could still be. I know most people say you should be able to detect by then but it took about 14-18 days after my missed period for my home test to come back positive. I'd wait a couple more days and retest.

The home pregnancy tests can give a false negative, but rarely have I heard of a false positive. You may or may not be pregnant. I'd see my ob/gyn to be sure. Also, things in your life can cause your period to be late, such as stress.

No. I don't think that you're pregnant and 4 neg. tests proved that. If you take any pain relievers such as Advil or Tylenol, your period could be postponed. Perhaps you should see your doctor. He/She will be better prepared to answer your question since he/she will have your medical history.
