You can lay on your left side and have your partner rub where it hurts. You can also get on your hands and knees and arch your back. Try not to stand or walk for a long period of time...that can aggrevate it.

Good luck with the rest of your pregnancy!

Hot to relax stiff muscles but cold to stop swelling.
Stand up with feet shoulder width apart place hands on back of hips and stretch backwards from your hips/lower back...hold for 5 seconds, do this ten times every hour.

Tell your doctor and after you have your baby get an x-ray and MRI done to check for any bulging or degeneration. Are you having any pains running down any of your legs?

Be Careful, I don't recommend stairs, take some tylenol, drink plenty of water, awesome way to ease the pain is water. Get into a pool....it takes pressure off of joints.

Congrats!

I found getting on all fours and with my shoulders down to the floor gave me relief. I was hoping to deliver that way if I could but I wound up with a c-section and a big 9 pounder! Good luck, remember the end is near!

Tylenol with codeine might work, or Doan's pills, but okay this with your pre-natal health care provider! Nothing really works, but lots of rest.
