In your county there is a Child Care Resource and Referral agency that is state funded through the department of education. They are usually listed in the yellow pages under Child Care. Call them for referals. They can referr you to licensed family day care or licensed day care centers. They will also give you information on how to interview a potential provider and what to look for when you visit. You are the one person who should decided weather a provider is appropriate for your child and if their program meets your child's needs. NEVER RELY ON SOMEONE ELSE TO MAKE CHOICES FOR YOU WHERE YOUR CHILD IS CONCERNED.
