I have not had my period since May,.. not had any symptoms other then BAD backache and really TIRED! Have not taken a hpt yet, prolly just don't want to get my hopes up. But, I've been having these sore feeling's at the top of my belly. And I feel almost bloated. Confused ,..... Could I be pregnant? Help!!

Across the street from us lives a family that is in need of help. The parents are constantly screaming at eachother and at their two children and three dogs. The inside of their house is absolutely disgusting, I have been invited in a few times. And just recently the mother of this family has gone around the neighborhood telling everyone (myself included) that they have rats and mice in their home. She explained that she called an exterminator to have them rid of these rodents but they refused to do it until she cleaned up her house. The exterminator blamed her for the infestation because her house is so filthy. This is what she claims. Well it's been about two weeks and they still haven't done anything and just the other night I spotted a rat the size of a large cat racing across the road towards our garbage can. Now not only is this a living hazard for the two children in the house (ages 13 and 7+-) but it's becoming a hazard to the entire neighborhood. What to do?

someone suggested using one of these with my six month old to entertain her... BUT, how thick does the trim of the doorway have to be for it to be safe? only the entry to the hall from the living room has this (don't know why!!!!) and it is not super thick... could someone that uses these give me a measurement or something if it says in your manual or you know for sure? or does it say on the packaging of the product in the store? thanks!

I dont have a home phone to call the doctor but I just walked into my babies room. She was down for a nap and when I went to go check on her she had her diaper opened and was eating her poop! I'm not sure how much she ate but I'm really worried because I don't know what could happen. Does anyone know anything about this?

Well, I’m 23 years old and I want to have a baby. I have done a lot of research on the Internet and a lot of times you can’t find what you’re looking for.

My questions are can you have sex too much when you’re ovulating? What is the best time of the day to have sex when ovulating? And for all of you, when you were trying to get pregnant how old were you and did you get pregnant the first month? When my mom was trying to have me she said it took her 6 months and she was 22 years old. Please help me :)

My friend and i were watching scary movie 3 and he was watching it but none of us knew. I think it's SAD that so LITTLE VALUE is placed on a HUMAN LIFE, as to allow KILLING it just by swallowing a pill : (

This makes ABORTION WAY TOO CONVENIENT,
and will surely promote even more SLUTTY sexual activity, since those with LOW MORALS will think there are minimal negative consequences (NO GUILT ???). They will just consider it another form of birth control, when in fact it is actually TERMINATING A NEW LIFE !

I have a six month old daughter and she has an exersaucer and a walker, how long should I let her play so she doesn't get sick of them? It seems like she gets bored so easily anymore. I'm trying to get her out of the house more often but it's hot and we can't be outside all day - I'm a stay at home mom at the moment (her diad is away so I'm having to be two parents!) and I think she's having a little separation anxiety! I can't leave the room for even a second without her getting mad at me, even if I just go to throw something away! I tell her where I'm going and "I'll be right back!" and she still gets upset. But I have to clean and take care of things around the house! I spend plenty of time playing and interacting with her and I thought I gave her plenty of time to play by herself every day..? Have I let her be too clingy? What do I do to help this?

If a toddler or a young child is overweight than there is a great chance they will be overweight when they become adults. Children who are overweight is at a great chance of being isolated and excluded from their peers and school. Also they may be the target of being picked on. Some parents don't seem to see how this will affect their children in the long run. Why do their parents spoil them and feed them a lot of sugary and fatty foods? Why do they insist that it's difficult to resist giving the child what they want because they "love them so much". Is it because they don't want to hear the kid crying and screaming, so they think that stuffing them with a lot of food is going to make them shut up? I understand parenting is tough and seeing those innocent eyes of a sugar and fat craving child is difficult to ignore, but they've got to be strong. Watching some of my friends overfeeding their children really saddens me and I could only just sit there and watch them in silence.

29 wks pregnant, on bed rest, still very sick even on diclectin and mazopram(sorry, spelling), what can I do to make it less of a threat to the baby for getting diabetes as an adult?

my best frined is coming over tomorrow for the first, and while that should be enough motivtion in itself, i am not into cleaning it. Well, I posted before and asked if anyone else has had a big baby, had a nice response. Now...I have a fetus weight question. I am now 34 weeks pregnant and had an ultrasound today. My baby weighs 6 lbs 3 oz +/- 16 oz. What do you think about this? I still have 6 weeks to go. So, I am looking at a 10-11 lb baby....

My fiance and I were very active during my fertil period. However, i had only been off the pill for about 2 months. I had my annual gyno appt on the 17th of August and they did a pregnancy test as well. Results were negative. However, i was not due to have my period until 3 days later... The first day of my last cycle was the 21st of July. Usually my cycles are 28/29 days in length. It's now August 24th, no aunt flow. Hmm, could i be prego?

I went to the doctor when a pregnancy test determined I was pregnant. It had only been 24 days since my last period and 12 days after ovulation. She only did one test and the outcome was 109. She said this was so low that I had definately miscarried even though there has been no bleeding or other symptoms and I am still getting positive pregnancy tests. the charts I looked at online say something very different. According to the charts (and I looked at many) that is a very normal HCG level. I go to a military doctor who is not an OBGYN. Is it possible she could have confused what my levels should be 3 weeks three days from my last months period with what my levels should be three weeks three days from ovulation?
