Every time i am near her she smiles at me an when she kind of flirts with me and the only thing is that i do not know if she will like me because she is one of my freinds so how can i tell if she likes me because i really want to go out with her so help!

The easiest way to find out is just to ask her! It sounds scary i know, it is for us girls to. The girl will appreciate a plain question more than mind games. Trust me on this one. So build up your ego and go for it. The worst that can happen is she will say she doesn't like you. If she says this then you know it wasn't meant to be and the right girl is out there somewhere else! I wish you luck in all your endeavors.

Man.... most of these responses are weak.
Ok, she likes you. Girls, and later on women dont smile at you and flirt with you unless they in some way like you. Trust me, she likes you.
Ok, so now you dont know for sure, ok simple... Next time you two are alone, even if its for 5 minutes, hopefully you have a conversation going, if not spark one up, talk about anything, something you two have in common, dont talk to her about lame guy stuff. Anyways, just aks her. Sure you'll probably get a knot in your throat, maybe even start to sweat, but once its out there, its out there. And so what. But just ask her, preferably in person. Just remember to not ask this when everyone is around you guys. She might get choked up and be afraid to answer in front of everyone. I'm sure you know how it is....

Well, it's been a while since I graduated, but going from memory I would say she likes you. There's always the old "have-your-friend-ask-her-friend" routine, but I would say just ask her to do something this weekend. If it seems like a date, go with it - if it seems like it always did when you were just friends, then just have fun.

just go up to her and ask her if she likes you if she doesn't then keep being friends like nobody asked. if she does then ask her on a date. be prepared with a date if she says yes
