This is how my husband improved his sperm quality:
Limit coffee - 1 or 2 cups per day
Do Not Smoke
Do not use any recreational drugs or narcotics.
Drink no more than 2 ounces of alcohol twice per week
Maintain good nutirtional habits, especially a diet rich in fresh fruits and vegetables.
Key vitamins:
Vitamin C (500 mg/Day): It helps protect sperm against free radical damage. It also guards sperm from oxidative damage. Many studies have shown that Vitamin C also improves sperm quality in smokers and reduces sperm agglutination (a condition where sperm stick together and fertility is reduced).
Vitamin E (400 IU/Day): Vitamin E has an important function as an antioxidant. Therefore, Vitamin E supplements can decrease and mop up enough free radicals to prevent the damage to sperm cells.
Selenium (200 mcgs/Day): Studies have shown that Selenium can improve sperm motility.
MultiVitamin containing Zinc (20mg/Day): Zinc plays an important role for the male reproductive system. A lack of Zinc can effect the normal sperm production. For men with low testosterone levels, Zinc supplements may raise testosterone levels and increase sperm production.
Folic Acid (1.0 mg/Day): Important in the development of normal sperm and also acts as an antioxidant.

Ok you ask! The doctor should have told you this. Number one he should not take hot baths because the hot water slows down or kills the sperm. Number two they make a specific kind of men's underwear for this that is usually recommended by doctors. They have an ice pocket in the crotch. You fill the pocket with ice and wear them it helps keep the sperm living longer. Also you should know that it takes approximately six months for the regeneration of sperm. So he should take it easy on the ol' boy if you know what I mean. Hope I've helped!

I'm not quite sure you can.....I've heard Zinc and vitamen B. Wear boxers instead of briefs.
You should retest in 3 months...one bad test does not indicate a problem.....My husband had a poor initial test and his next was fine. I'm pregnant right now.
Don't get to upset..remember, it only takes one.....
If you are fine and worse comes to absolute worse you can be artifically inseminated with his sperm....they will take a sample, spin it and then use the best ones!
Good luck!

You can't fix it...you might want to start taking clomid to give you a better chance of conceiving.
