How long does it take after intercourse that you are pregnant when i went to the hospital they said wait atleast two weeks after your missed period , but I took a pregnancy test 14 days after intercourse and the test was positive....can it be detected this early....sorry im confused?!!!

You can take a pregnancy test as early as the first day of your missed period.
If you already got a positive .. then your Pregnant!! Congrats

I had a blood test only three days after a missed period and it showed I was pregnant. Home tests can tell in as little as five days.

yes it can, you can take a pregnancy test and get a accurate result after 10-15 days of intercourse so.. CONGRATS!!

you can usually test the day your period is due sometimes even earlier than that. so yes it can be detected that early.

Some can be detected as soon as your first day missed! if it read positive than more than likely it is POSITIVE! Good Luck!

You can tell that early, if the test showed postitive then you are so get to the Dr. fast and start your prenatal care.

Yes they are fairly accurate at 2 weeks.
