I can't speak for the headache, aching feet and ankles of even nausea - but the rest of them, yes.
I did the thing where the day before I went into labor I - for some reason out of the blue - got a lot of energy and did a major house-cleaning thing as well as some other projects.
I had lots of painless but strong contractions.
I'm not a doctor, and I know what you said about suggesting you call one; but I might be a little concerned that the aching feet and ankles and headache and nausea might be a sign of some kind of fluid-retention-related type thing (like toxemia that can happen at the end of pregnancy). I'm not trying to assume the worst, but - really - if you haven't discussed this particular aching feet and ankles episode with your doctor maybe just check in?
P.S: One of my labors interrupted a meal I was completely enjoying, and through the whole thing all I could think about was how hungry I was. The next time, I knew I'd be hungry, and I was for some reason craving a Big Mac (which, for some reason, was the only thing I could eat). My point is labor doesn't always bring on nausea.

when i was in early labor with my son i had many contraction that didn't hurt. Over the course of the day they became more frequent, and more painful, but i went 6 or 7 hours without pain. Walk around alot,or have sex. and off course my feet and ankles were aching for about 11/2 months before that.

Hello everyone! I'm 39.5 weeks pregnant and wishing I would FINALLY go into labor! I was wondering if anyone has had these symptoms right before they went into labor?

- Nausia
- Diarrhea
- Contracting uterus without pain
- Aching feet and ankles
Please don't tell me...

I haven't had the my baby yet, (Although I am 41 weeks, and I have to schedule an appointment to be induced tomorrow) but I have been having the same smptoms for over a month. The doctor said it was normal though. Congrats on the baby, and I hope you go into labor earlier than me.
