i am not sure how to tell my 7 month old no so she will listen she doesnt know what it means how do u teach them NO?

I have 2 beautiful baby girls- 2 1/2 and 7 months. My husband and I are about to die for a night out just us... just for dinner and a movie or something. We haven't had a night out together since I got pregnant with my 7 month old... My mother and his mother both make up excuses EVERY weekend that they have too much to do to keep them for a few hours. They hardly ever see our kids but don't seem to care that they are giving up precious time with them. My 2 year old has been counting to 10 by herself for about a month and my mother still thinks she can't even count to 3... What do I do to try to get some alone time with my husband--- AND get my kids connected with their grandparents again?!?! (PS my kids are good kids- it's not an issue of being terrors or anything)

i had an abortion 3 months ago, and now im pregnant again...with the first one, i had sore breats, around the forth week, i started spotting....now, with this one, i havent been spotting, and my breast arent really sore...my stomache been cramping...like period cramps...like mild cramps......it could be gas though....anyone know what could be up.....

I dont get a regular period every month. I can go a month with out having a period. I just had unprotected sex tuesday and its been two years befor then that I have had sex.

I'm having cramps mid-cycle. Im on day 15 of my cycle. I started testing positive ovulation on Sunday. Today is Thursday and yesterday I was still testing positive. My BF and I have been ttc. Could this be ovulation cramps or implantation cramps? How do you tell the difference? It's really hurting.

I am a parent of a 2.5 yr old boy ( asd diagnosed, autism spectrum disorder ) and a 17 month old girl. I always assess my parenting, once every 2 weeks. I always feel Im NOT doing enough for them. I'm not reading enough to my daughter, IM not doing enough therapy with my son. My house should be spotless ( yes I have friends who keep a spotless house )
I dont cook every single meal and I feel guilty about that as well.
Im always analyzing my parenting so I can be better

anyone else does this on a regular basis?

They say a shark can smell a half of drop of blood in like 20,000 gallons of water. This might be gross, but, can a shark smell a scab? I've just always wondered that. Can they smell dry blood? I'm going to the ocean in a few weeks and last time we were there it scared me because a guy caught a shark while he was fishing so now I'm a little scared to get in the water. I want to make sure I'm not gonna attract anything like a shark :-)

I figure I can't stop them from having sex, his girlfriends parents feel the same way. They have a committed relationship, I don't want them sneaking around, I know for a fact they are using reliable birth control.

My son hits me with his fist, open handed, with his toys, He is 36 lbs and 3' tall. I have tried ignoring it, time out, sent to his room, I even tried hitting him back. I don't know what to do. He goes to his fathers everyother weekend, of course he doesn't do it there. He doesn't hit my husband. Just me. Doesn't matter who is around or not. I don't know what to do. Please help

Recently miscarried at 16 weeks. It was 5 weeks ago. Still no period. I am having light spotting though. Did have sex again two weeks after the miscarriage. Could the spotting be implantation spotting? Too soon to be pregnant again? Answers please!!

I am 7 months pregnant and my baby already looks like he's dropped. i was carrying pretty high not too long ago and now 3 people of said that it looks as though i've dropped. is it too early or could my doctor be wrong about my due date? when i went for my first check up he said my uterus felt like i was farther along than i thought so he scheduled me an ultrasound and changed his mind saying the baby was due when i had said. so could he be wrong? or could my baby just be a fast grower? He has even been kicking really low since i've noticed my belly looking like it was riding lower. alot of people have also told me that i look farther along than i am because my belly is so big. i am already having signs that normally don't show according to the books until 8 months but i just turned 7 months according to my doctor. i'm wondering if i should get a second opinion. what are your thoughts on this?

I lost a daughter at 19 weeks due to an umbilical cord accident 4 months ago. My husband and I went through extensive genetic testing and chromisonal testing and it all came back normal. My high risk ob says it was a freak accident but the more I read it doesn't make sense. I know am 10 1/2 weeks pregnant and all is well to this point. I will be kept under close supervision as well as ultrasounds to measure the cord. Does anyone have any ideas on things I can do to be safe? My doc says no but i'd like to hear from women who have gone through this as well and maybe gone on to have a normal pregnancy again. Please help.

I recently bought a jar of butternut squash from beech-nut baby foods, and it listed the ingredients as squash and water needed for texture. Why are some moms so adamant that making their own baby food is SO MUCH BETTER than buying pre-made? It involves the same ingredients (pureed, steamed food + water to thin it out.) What's the big deal?
