You are not gonna samsh your baby. He/she is very well cushioned in there. You MAY get to a point in your pregnancy that you can't lay on your belly anymore but you may not. Just know you aren't gonna hurt the baby. (I slept on my belly til the day I had my youngest)

Your baby will tell you when you can no longer lay on your stomach. You will feel unconfortable. At 3 months you should be fine. Your baby is only a inch or so long and weighs only a couple of grams. Just be thankful at 3 months you want to have sex.

Your baby is very well cushioned in there, especially at such an early age.
You'll be uncomfortable enough to stop long before you'll do any damage to the baby.

i did when i was that far along but now im 4 months and when i do it anyway... to the side, flat however it hurts real bad.

as long as he isnt on ur stomach with his weight sex is prefectly safe because it is protected by the amniotic sac
