I took a walgreens test compare to clearblue 3 days before my periods & the line appears but its too light & faint. Am i pregnant? It says on the cover that if test line is same as control line or darker then its positive, but does the light line means something?...Pls help!

My period is over a week late, but preg tests are negative. The last two days I have had some brownish discharge, but that's it- no real bleeding or anything. I know it is common to not have a period with the Mirena IUD, but I didn't think it was the same with the copper one (Paraguard). Has anyone had this experience?

My 2 year old daughter whines and cries about everything. She has a great vocabulary but when she wants something like juice or a toy she starts screaming until she gets it. I have no problem giving her these things I'm just tired of the whining. I have tried ignoring her when she whines but that just seems to make the situation worse. I need to know if this is just a phase or if there is something else I can do. Please help!

i have a very difficult situation. i am 20 years old and will be 21 in November and i am pregnant. i don't know how to tell my family. i haven't really told anyone. when i found out that i was pregnant i got an apartment and a job. my boyfriend lives with me and he has a job and he helps me out tremedously. i don't rely on my family for anything. no one has really seen me while pregnant except my boyfriend and my brother and those at work. it's so difficult for me to tell my family. i'm afraid of what they may think of me. my grandmother brought me up in church. they are against sex before marriage and i regret even having sex to have brought myself to this. i am happy about having my baby next month and so is my boyfriend. he wants to marry me in December and not because of the baby because he had already told me before i was pregnant that he wanted to marry me. How do i tell them & should i feel afraid to tell them. i have ask God to forgive cuz i am sorry.

I had a M/C at 4 weeks and when I went into the ER, he said that my levels were down to 3.12 from 0-14 days pregnant. Here is the weird thing, this happened two weeks ago, and I am getting all my pregnancy symptoms now. I cannot stay awake, I feel sick and I just...feel pregnant (I've had a full term pregnancy). I have read that women can be told they were having a M/C then come to find out they were pregnant with twins and just lost one of them. I was bleeding and cramping, but was told not to come in for a D&C or another blood test. What do you think? Has anyone ever heard of the twins thing? Oh, and they wont give me another blood test...jerks

More and more, society is shunning and rejecting any attempt by a parent to doctrine, structure, and discipline children. Of course, everyone must mature and understand life for one's self. Nonetheless, the more wisdom we can instil in our children, the quicker they will mature and understand life. The greater chance they will have of making better decisions in life.

I was just wondering because I'm not sure if I'm, allowed around these products, I work at wal-mart and before I can go home I have to clean the ladies restroom w/ bleach and other bleach related products and I'm 8 months pregnant and have been doing this for a while, if you could be serious and tell me if this is ok? I only work 3-4 hours a week!

i just found out today that i'm a month along. my boyfriend who is married told me that it could not be his kid. but he's the only one i slept with so it would have to be his. he says the timing is off. the doctor told me that they beginn counting from the first day of my last period till know. which makes me 5 weeks. he swears that i couldn't be that far i have to 3. but they are calculating the period in. and i try to explain it but he don't understand it that way. i don't know how i can make him understand it. i don't want my child to not have a dad but i can't seem to stop loving him even though he says that it's not his. and with me being high risk i would really like him to be here through my pregnancy but i know i can't make him be. also is cramping normal this early in pregnancy and being hot that you still sweat in an air conditioned room? i'm scared and i don't know how to make the father see that this is his child and i need him here. plz help me.

Did you know that the ambilical cord blood can save lives of kids with cancer? Why is it not a mandatory question that mothers giving birth get asked? Is it an option anywhere in the world? & how can we let more people know this information? The stem cells taken from the ambilical cord can be grown to help grow what kids need to recover from lukemia. Some older children need twins cord blood, but in most younger childrens cases one is enough as long as it is of the right blood type and covers all the cross matching.

My 16 mo old daughter fell and hit her face on the kitchen floor, breaking off her two front teeth. One is chipped on the corner, the other has the bottom part gone. The dentist said he could bond them and they would look new. He said we could do this whenever. Should I do it now or wait until she's a little older? There are no nerves exposed, and she is perfectly fine eating, talking, etc. I don't think she would sit still right now, she cried when we walked in the office. It makes my heart sink to see her smile and have chipped teeth. Has anyone experienced anything like this?

Just out of curiosity......the ultrasound tech didn't mention anything about my amniotic fluid levels. Do they always look at that and not say anything unless there's something that looks wrong? My ultrasound was about 13mins long, so I think she saw everything she was supposed to. Is it obvious if there's something wrong in there?

My "What to Expect When You're Expecting" book says that month 5 is from weeks 18-22 and 6months is weeks 23-27. But some people say the 5th month starts at 20wks???? Which is it. I went by the book I mentioned above and it works out if I go from that until my due date of Jan. 2nd. Anyone know for sure.......this is my 1st pregnancy!!!!!!! it's a boy!

I had abortion 5 weeks ago and i had unprotected sex a week after the abortion and still am having unprotected sex. Doctor said wait 2weeks for sex.
