You could still conceive, even if your blood types were not compatible, but sometimes there is a problem with the pregnancy and delivery when one partner has an RH negative factor. But since both you and your partner are positive, this should not be a problem for you.

All of the different letter types, A, B, AB, and O are perfectly compatible. And all the +'s are compatible, and all the -'s are compatible.
The only time you *may* run into trouble is if you the mother has a - type, and the father has a + type, because then the baby has a 50-50 chance of having a + type.
Your body is not used to the protein that makes + blood +, and if it gets into your system, through a rupture of the placenta, during labor, possible during an amniocenticis, or any other reason, then your body will make antibodies to attack the protein, and this could make the baby anemic and sick.
Also, any future baby's could become sick and maybe miscarry if they have the + blood type. To prevent this from being a problem, you would be given a shot of RhoGam during your pregnancy, maybe after any suspiscious bleeding or spotting, and after delivery if it is found that the baby's blood is +.
My blood type is A-, so I went through all the shots and things, and when my son was born, he was A-, too. We don't know what blood type my fiance has, so I'll have to go through this in every pregnancy unless he gets tested, but it's kinda expensive. If he has a - type, then it's ok, and I don't have to do the shots.

You can have a child no matter what bloood type but some blood types can cause problems, Its called RH factor. If your worried about it see a doc and have them test your blood together to see if this would be a problem for you if not then you should be just fine in conceiving a child with no complications. If you do have the RH factor then all you will need is a series of shots to carry to full term Good luck to you and your husband.

No, there shouldn't be a problem conceiving, but there can be big problems if the baby is positive and the mother is Rh negative. Then the doctor needs to give medication and follow the situation. But, if both parents are positive, this is not a problem.

Now i'm drawing near my "Golden Years", yet at 61 i ask your self the place the 'gold' is? i replaced into meant to be what replaced into noted as "a blue little one", as a results of fact my mom replaced into Rh ingredient form O unfavorable, my Dad replaced into O constructive. My mom defined it to me as "she replaced into 'allergic' to me". that they had planned to do slice below each and each of my knees, drain my physique of the O unfavorable blood, and infuse me with O constructive (i think of, the two that or vice versa - supply me a destroy i'm 61), despite the fact that, one month in the previous i replaced into born a miracle happened, (my mom mentioned "she grew to become immune") my blood form replaced to O unfavorable - for this reason no surgical technique needed. Rh ingredient O unfavorable, is "the familiar doner" - in different words my blood will "combination" with each and each individual's, yet i can in elementary terms acquire O neg - or it extremely is going to kill me. This "Blue little one" factor in elementary terms shows up, after a primary being pregnant. My older sister is O constructive. And after an O unfavorable mom has her first baby, she could recieve a gamoglobulin shot, so as that next pregnancies would be "secure". i'm approximately to develop right into a Grandmother for the 1st time, my daughter is A unfavorable (her Dad replaced into A pos, Me O neg and he or she got here out A neg) and could could have the shot after my grandson (Reese) is born, i'm thanking God that each and everything will superb together with her exertions and delivery, all healthful and happy all around. desire this helps.
