That depends on the IUD, there are two different kinds....hormonal, or a copper IUD. But a woman can regain fertility within one cycle (at least 30 days) after removal of a copper IUD.

An IUD isn't completely 100 p.c. useful. there has been women who grew to develop into pregnant even as the IUD became in position.
