It does sound like ligament pain - but just make sure you drink plenty of water during the day. My last pregnancy I would get these constant pains in my lower abdomen toward the end of the day - turns out I just wasn't getting enough fluids. Drinking what seemed like a ton of water all day long did the trick! Hope that helps.

It is something that sometimes occurs in pregnant women when the uterus stretches to make room for the baby to grow. It is like a period cramp but not quite the same it is just a normal part of pregnancy, it should go away soon.

Your body is making room for the little one inside you. Try to do some light exercise like walking, this will help with some of the muscle soreness around your abdomen, or at least it helps me.

Sweetheart its just your muscles and ligaments stretching, as the baby grows you'll feel more pressure and more pain, but if it gets too painful please talk to your doctor it could be something more serious.
