I am serving in the USAF right now as a reservist on a 6-year commitment. Do you think I could join all the services at one point in my life? I mean, each of the services has their pros and cons and I would like to be a part of all of them.

I figure I will go in this order: Finish the Air Force, Marines, Army, Navy, Coast Guard. That way I can get the hardest ones done first while I am still young and fit.

Do you think this is an achievable goal? As long as I don't die, I should be able to do it I think.

I've been in the Army for 4 years, but never really visited the BX (being a reservist). I was wondering if it would be possible to bring my girlfriend with me so I can use the bx/px/shopette?

I am wanting to get out of the world of cubicles and into working towards a degree in Health, Nutrition and Fitness...However, I want to know if my Montgomery G.I. Bill from the Regular Active Duty Army will suffice in me supporting my family if I go full time? If not then part time may be my only option.
Thank you.

Both started with surprize attacks on the United States. One was a World War and other a Regional War. America today has the strongest and most modern Army in the World, but in 1941 that was not true, Germany and Japan had the most modern Armies; Six months into the WW11 The Battle of Midway was won by the United States, Six months after Bush Jr's. Iraq War started, the President of the United States George Bush had declared victory when the War was just beginning; WW11 lasted a very long time, but the Bush Jr. Iraq War lasted longer and is still going with no resolution on the horizen as of now. Bush has declared Victory and success repeatedly, but their has been no victory or success on the ground in Iraq where it counts. However, the Conservative NEOCON's assure us that victory is just a surge away, or maybe a second surge made up exclusively by the patriots that support it!

I feel like since we started the conflict and spent that much time, money and lost so many lives, we should have absolutely finished and accomplish our goal, whether how much people were against the war. I think that since we withdrew, what was the point of going in in the first place, the ones who died fighting for democracy and freedom in Vietnam....I feel like they died for nothing because nothing was accomplished as the communists took over all of Vietnam?

I'm in my second year of college. I almost went through with joining the Navy this previous summer but decided against it because my dad was sick. However, my dad is now better.

Anyway, I'm thinking of joining because I seemed to have lost my drive for school. Everything bores me. I want a job in law enforcement (government-style), and I'm thinking this would be helpful. I want to finish school but couldn't I do this at the same time as enlisting?

Plus, I hear the Navy is the safest military branch to join. Although, I get air and carsick sometimes, so I don't know how I'd handle being on a ship for a while.

However, my main concern is loans. Should I really join when I have loans to pay back for school? Also, I don't agree with the Iraq War. Help please!
