you don't. the military will not give anyone that information unless you have the full name, rank and social security number of the individual and have a legitimate reason( illness/death in the family). and even then, they will not tell you where , all they will do is contact them and say: somebody is looking for you.

Mrsjvb is right! There is a system that has this information (as long as it is updated). But the most you can do is have the personnel department at your nearest military facility send a letter. Again, they are not in the business of doing such things for just any reason. Must be legitimate.

If you have an idea where they are at, you can call the base operator, and ask for the base locator. If they are at that base, they might not be able to tell you, but they will try and get a message to that individual that you are trying to contact them.

You normally can't....if its an emergency, you need to contact the Red Cross and the Red Cross can attempt to locate them for you, but they won't give any information to you about that person.....they will notify the person and ask him or her to contact you.

Is this for a paternity test?

You cannot it's for thier security. They can tell you how to get in touch with them but you cannot search as far as I know.
