Does anyone know a website that shows the jobs that are offered to you with the score that you have to get on the ASVAB next to it? Just so I can get an idea on what I would have to score to get a certain job.

must be considered a saboteur and could be shot on the spot? If so, how come Al-qaeda are allowed to wear anything including pajamas so that they can blend with the general population but are protected under the Geneva Convention as in Guantanamo. Seems like everyone else is in uniform except the Muslim jihadist radicals.

To say Iran has plans to develop nuclear weapons just because they want nuclear power plants is not enough. If our top officials are going to declare war on that premise, it would have to include many other countries who are currently developing their nuclear programs. A false-flag attack is a more concrete way to get permission to go to war against Iran. With FOX's recent vilification of Iran, it seems at least a certain percentage of Americans would believe the false-flag attack was perpetrated by Iran. Military people I chat with are talking about it as if it is already planned, saying they are 'ready to go kill the Taliban', and one man said '...now it's off to Iran!' If an attack on America or even elsewhere is perpetrated to go to war with Iran, I feel we will be helpless to stop this savage monster from killing the men, women, and children of Iran, a repeat of Iraq, where the hidden number of dead is actually around 655,000, not 70,000, 2.2 million are gone or missing in Iraq.

Go in, find and arrest Saddam (as they did with Noriega)...and get out?

no years of insurgency, secretarian violence, foreign interventions....

i'm asking this because the bush admin did offer saddam and his sons a chance to leave the country before the invasion. but they choose not to.

And does anyone else feel they've been taken for fools. Four and a half years later we're still in Iraq and we're still trying to win. Win what?

We have looked at some options like seperation for education etc. Her EOS is may 09. But it might be a seperation for only like 90 days. Colocation could take up to a year. There has to be a way. Being apart is starting to take a toll. And being in the Navy is really hard on her mentally. We need a answer!

There is a particular married Staff Sergeant who continues to IM and email my at this time but not for long wife and they engage in lude unnapropriate behaviour (insert imagination here) the most benign of which is QUOTE : "When I come home for Christmas Im going to be your present and where nothing but a bow" these communications come accross my business network upon which all traffic is captured. Again he is married and I am at this moment attempting to locate his home telephone number to inform his wife whom his comment is "What she doesn't know won't hurt her." Well she will know and I hope it hurts him. Point is I wish to file official charges for Conduct Unbecoming an Officer. I unfortuanately due to health can be nothing more than a civillian but all my fore fathers are retired millitary and I was and still am at heart an Army Brat. Thank you for any factual information you may be able to provide.

By the time I go to basic training I will be 2 classes short of receiving my bachelor's in Acct. and Finance., which I plan to attain after "A" school. Since I am not a US citizen yet, I can not go to OCS even if I have the 4 year degree, so opted for enlisting and when I receive my citizenship in 2 years apply for officer school. But here is my question, is the NAVY willing to take in to OCS people that have not graduated from Annapolis? If so what is the cut off age to apply for OCS?

Lately I've noticed an increase in military jets flying over where I live (bay area, ca). This afternoon I saw 4 fighters flying in formation on a westerly course; I think they are either F15s or 16s. Is this a stepping up of the security now that 9/11 anniversary is getting close? What kind of measures is the government taking to prevent another attack?
Do military aircrafts patrol the coast and US airspace regularly? Are there regulations?
And is it possible to hear (maybe not too loud) sonic boom caused by a jet if you're ground-level?
I know it's a lot of questions, but I'd appreciate it if you could take some time and answer them. Thanks.

From a Chaplain in Iraq.

"I recently attended a showing of "Superman 3" here at LSA Anaconda. We
have a large auditorium we use for movies as well as memorial services
and other large gatherings. As is the custom back in the States, we
stood and snapped to attention when the National Anthem began before the
main feature. All was going as planned until about three-quarters of the
way through the National Anthem the music stopped.

Now, what would happen if this occurred with 1,000 18-22 year-olds back
in the States? I imagine there would be hoots, catcalls, laughter, a few
rude comments, and everyone would sit down and call for a movie. Of
course, that is, if they had stood for the National Anthem in the first
place.

Here, the 1,000 Soldiers continued to stand at attention, eyes fixed
forward. The music started again. The Soldiers continued to quietly
stand at attention. And again, at the same point, the music stopped.
What would you expect to happen? Even here I would imagine laughter as
everyone sat down and expected the movie to start.

Here, you could have heard a pin drop. Every Soldier stood at attention.
Suddenly there was a lone voice, then a dozen, and quickly the room was
filled with the voices of a thousand Soldiers

'And the rockets red glare, the bombs bursting in air, gave proof
through the night that our flag was still there.
O say does that star-spangled banner yet wave, o'er the land of the free
and the home of the brave?'

It was the most inspiring moment I have had here in Iraq. I wanted you
to know what kind of Soldiers are serving you here.

Airport in Iraq, north of Baghdad"

What exactly happens when you do ROTC, more specifically, the marine option? Do you do basic, then college, then your duty office? And when you go to college, is it for the career after marines (i would be doing 4 years), or for your service as if your entire career is in the marine corps, then you retire when you are older? I am a high school student looking at marines options. Thanks a lot.

I'm about ready to place my order for my Airman Battle Uniform with the Armed Forces MCSS™ for myself and my wife. We need a pair of boots for them because I heard the tan desert boots are not the authorized boots to wear with the ABU's.

I need to know if anywhere on this site are the new ABU Women's Sage Green Durashock Boots by Bates.
http://www.armedforcesmcss.us
Can anyone find them?

Thanks guys
