Overnight shipping is the fastest, but it can cost a TON! (I was going to send a box regular mail staight to Iraq and it would have cost me $75). And if all you have is and APO type address, it won't get to Iraq any faster...just to the Fleet Post office). Your best bet is to ship Priority Mail through your post office. A flat rate box will cost $9.10 (I think, it just went up) and you can shove as much as you want in there (up to 70 ponds). Depending on where you are and where he is, it can take anywhere from 7-14 days to reach him.

Just tell the post office to send it SAM ( slow *** mail ). If you overnight it, it will get to the military post office overnight, but will sit with the rest of the mail on space-a. You can't send a package any other way but US mail.

Ship it overnight Air, but it still may not get there overnight. Your post office will have the best route to follow.

talk to the POSTMSTER at your nearest US Post Office. They have all the legalities and restrictions (if any) on mailing to every country in the world.
