Ive Seen a Commercial about GOarmy and its talks about how in thailand it took them 12 hours or less just to bring food and start to rescuing ppl.....BUT on the other hand in new orleans hundreds of thousands of (mostly) african americans died and it took them about five days to rescue those ppl and its a shame!...it took them lest then 12 hrs to get to the other half of the world but it takes them 5 days to go to another state where thousands of mostly black ppl are dieing?..and im not saying anything bad about goarmy but still..

I mean, in the Navy itself, not at a College which has no connection to the Navy.

And if so, does that take place on land or in the sea (or in other words, do you remain on land the whole time while taking your degree)?

If not, how regularly are you allowed to go home?

Oh... and just out of curiosity, do they chop off your hair when you are admitted to take a degree in the Navy, or only once you start to perform certain functions within that institution (and are paid)?

I hope I have made myself understood.

The system shoots a beam of energy that makes people feel they are about to catch fire. It neither kills nor maims, but the Pentagon has refused to deploy it out of concern that the weapon itself might be seen as a torture device.

How I see it is, that with intent torture, the person who is being tortured is detained and held against his will so they can not leave. WIth the ray gun its deployed in an open area and anyone in the area not wanting to be exposed can leave the area, Unlike torture where they are held captive.

My husband is a SGT in the US Army and recently had to deploy to Korea. He is trying to get Command Sponsorship for me so I can go live with him. He was told that I can go live with him even without the command sponsorship and get an apartment off post. Anyone out there living in Korea this way? Do you think its a good idea? Can I take my 1 yr old Boxer dog with me? I am in Puerto Rico right now with my family... how do I get my passport? What documents do I need to get a passport? I know there's a lot of questions but I really need answers. I will apreciate any kind of help and valuable info. Thanks.

I'm very VERY keen on joining the army, but I was then made aware of the fact that people who have severe food allergies (such as nut allergies or anaphylaxis) cannot join the army full stop, i'm only really interested in the army reserve, so should I lie and just avoid any food im given with nuts? will I even get passed the medical? or is it not worth the risk?

Hi there, I am writing a short story about this purely for my own entertainment with a mercenary squad (made up primarily of British and Commonwealth ex-Soldiers) attempting a coup over the British government...obviously details aren't going to be wholly accurate, but if you were to stage a coup would Westminster be the focus of the action?

The real reason i want to join is so i can fly. I dont care about fight, as long as im in the air, hehe turn off radio and stuff, have some fun and freedom, but i forget about freedom as long as i get to fly the F-22 Raptor. Unfortunately, they plan to phase out planes that require humans and put in UAVS, such a pity. No more flying. I believe that flying is great. Im a wimp however, i dunno i want to go through all that stuff before i actually get to fly, and probably by the time i earn my wings, ill be flying supply carriers and helicopters. All the best roles been taken up by UAVs. Screw stealth for all i care, i want to experience the G forces and fly as well as any bird can. Im 16, i dont want to be a soldier, just an aviator...
