No. LES's are usually available for viewing on the 1st and 15th of each month. You're going to have to wait another 2 days, or even perhaps until next week.
If your husband uses USAA for his banking, then you should see the money hit his account later tonight or tomorrow morning.

was there a recent PCS as well? that sometimes can cause the LES to not show up.
Additionally, if he was Reserves/Guard and got activated, It can take a couple of pay periods before it shows.
All you can do it watch the bank account on the first. I know My bank lets me know about 5 days out that a deposit is pending and how much it is going to be.
Also: September's pay won't be listed until the end of September. the LES for Aug 16-31 will be the amount of money that is deposited into the account on September 1st. pay is retroactive, not paid in advance. the pay he receives on September 1st is to cover the last two weeks of August.

I think the LES you're looking for is his aug one. His paycheck on the first of sept is for the month of aug. The sept LES is definitely up. He should have talked to you about all of this before he left. If you're having trouble you should contact your FRG. Good luck

The LES doesn't matter when it comes to rent...the money in the bank is what you should care about.
