Seeing you are paranoid its a good job there are such things as gun license control to stop nutters like you doing something stupid.
Where does this mentality stem from,? Is it because to many close family members getting married to one another and killing off the gene pool in the Klan??

The gun license first was introduced after the civil war. When blacks were free'd they wanted guns and the government said "Whoa, we can't give guns to angry men who've been held as slaves for the last hundred years." So they made licenses only for blacks, thus creating the first gun licenses. The civil war didn't free the black slaves, it put the white man down to the black man's level.

the first two answers are both correct..however,expanding on Mr Gandamacks answer,depending on where you live,you can have guns and ammo w/o a license,but with some restrictions...however,if you have a gun and ammo hidden,and don't carry it around,or flash it,and use it only when defending family or yourself from possible injury or death,you should be OK no matter where you reside...I cant see,however,spending a lifetime hiding my guns when there are plenty of states that allow possession and self defense..

your text statement doesnt seem to apply to your question....I hold no "gun ;license" and I own more than 25 guns..and almost a 100,000 rds of various caliber ammo....if you live in california,you have allowed the liberals to take away your 2nd amendment rights...move
