General Pace does not have to live with gays. The important consideration is how members of the MILITARY who live and work with gays feel!

No apology from Gen. Pace for gay remark
March 13, 2007
WASHINGTON (AP) - The Pentagon's top general said Tuesday he should not have voiced his personal view that homosexuality is immoral and should have just stated his support for the military's "don't ask, don't tell" policy in an interview that has drawn criticism from lawmakers and gay-rights groups. The written statement by Marine Gen. Peter Pace, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, did not apologize for his stance on homosexuality. In a newspaper interview Monday, Pace likened homosexual acts to adultery and said the military should not condone it by allowing gays to serve openly in the armed forces.

humm. Gen. Pace "likens homosexual acts to adultery.?" This begs the question as to what "adultery" is. (and no I am not a homosexual. This is a serious question)

I recently bought all leather boots for my BDU's. How is the proper way to blouse them with the pants? Do you simply tuck the pants into the boots...or is there more that must be done. Any answer will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for any help.

March 17th 2003, as amerUKa with Bush and Blair, blindly starting the march into the quagmire of Iraq 3 days later, Robin Cook The leader of the House of Commons, stood up and spoke the words of the silenced Millions in the World, who opposed this War in his resignation speech. Startling and sadly very true

I live in the Dominican Republic, I have a high school diploma here and I'm currently stufying in the autonomous university of santo domingo in my first semester. But I pretty much cant stand it here anymore. My plan would be to join the army (active, not the reserve), and use the college incentitives and the money I'd save up to move to boston and study industrial engineering or spichology.

I'm going to be in boston for a couple months this summer by the way... my major question is if I can do all the paperwork in the US embassy or something.

What do you think will happen in the US, and in Iraq? Do you think that the people of Iraq will be safer and less bombings? and do you think that the USA will receive any terror threats or do you think that the threats will stop once we are out? Give me your honest opinion and please include your reasoning behind this.

I was in the army (briefly) in 2000, and started basic training, but did not finish because of medical issues. I remember getting a series of shots the first day, one being penicillin, but I have no ideas what the others were. Does anyone know the group of vaccines they give? I am especially interested if whether a tetanus booster is given (it seems like they would).

And by the way, requesting shot records from the army is probably a difficult task, and everyone got the same thing. I'm hoping some of you remember what you got. Thanks!
