A very simple outline for the M203 would go like this:
1- familiarization
a. launch tube
b. trigger
c. sights
2- types of ammo
a. high explosive
b. smoke
c. training
3- loading the M203
a. safely handling the ammo
b. opening the launch tube
c. closing the launch tube
4- sighting the target
5- firing the weapon
*** extremely important- what to do in case of misfire
For a good training class, ensure that there are enough M203's for each attendee to handle the weapon.
Ensure you do the proper research to answer any possible question the soldiers can come up with. And if possible, have a TM on hand for each soldier to look at.
Also, if possible, allow each of the soldiers to fire a training round at a target. The training rounds are nothing but 40mm paint balls, but you should have an area cleared for firing, or better yet, a range where they might even be able to fire an HE round. There is nothing better than getting to blow stuff up.

Like I always tell my hubby when he gets stuck: Go find the box the directions are in it. Obviously you know how to operate it or they wouldn't assign you to this MOS (LOL) anyway, it's like teaching someone how to cook for the very first time, be specific, there will be things you know that they don't. My hubby is outside and he is a sniper so I don't know if he's had ahold of a M203. Ask your commanding officer wouldn't he be able to snag you an outline, I mean this is kind of important wouldn't you say? Ah ha. Just checked, type in the type of weapon you have and the army/stealth website will appear, apparently they sell these to guys in the hood. Good luck

Here is the TM that you need covering the M203. TM 9-1010-221-10. You can get it from your unit's supply clerk or check AKO. Ignore "sargent_slaughter", he can't even spell Sergeant correctly. Also, get yourself a copy of a board study guide or Smart Book (remember that from Basic?).

Yeah i know how, yeah i was in the Army. It is fully covered in the Soldiers Manual, and other TM's.
If you are in the armed forces, you will have access to the TM's. Check with your unit armour, or your training NCO.
If you are not in the armed forces, why do you need to know, and just who is the 'class' for??
