Yes,despite my own mental health,pins,plates,screws and all the other crap they put me back together with.....a military member has just as much mental baggage as anyone else in this twisted world ,but may have qualities that a non-military person would not have ie:trust,honour,and self disipline to name a few.Most people in the street are unstable in their own way,so why target the military.....they are doing a job that most don't have the stones to do.

I wouldn't hire ANYONE, civilian or active duty military or vet, if I knew they were mentally unstable. Including YOU.

The vast majority of military members are NOT mentally unstable. I would hire them in a minute. They have the self-discipline and drive that are lacking in a lot of people.

Depends on the job. I wouldn't hire him for a a position where he would be subjected to extreme amounts of stress or be able to put himself or others at risk in the conduct of his duties, but if he was qualified for the job I'd hire him in a heartbeat.

Okay I didn't understand your question. I thought you were saying all of us are unstable. I would absolutely hire him/her, anyone who has seen what I have deserves an extra chance or two.
