Is there any internet site that only allows US Citizens to comment about the US military?

Questions and replies posted here are about and from military all over the world, US citizens and citizens of other countries too.
Yahoo!Answers is more popular in the US, and the US military is a pretty hot topic of discussion all over the world right now, so a majority of questions and answers are about/from US military, but if you look over questions for any length of time you'll find Canada, Great Britain, and lots of other countries mentioned.
There is not a US-only site like this.

fark, this is people from all over the world even a bunch of heroes from playing play station 2-3 and x-box "warriors" who have the nerve to answer military questions! sickening!
